Graduation and Birthday Party Event 9/16/2022

Aria planned this event after I graduated from UTA and was celebrating my birthday at the same time. She planned this event with finesse, expertise, and attention to the smallest details. She knew my favorite color was purple so the entire decor vibe was exceptionally personalized and exquisite. The chef, the food, flowers, bar, photographer the decor, and presentation was exemplary. If that was not enough, she sent out her glam squad to do my hair and make-up. I was beyond pleased and moved as she did this during the covid-19 pandemic making sure everyone was tested and safe. Thank you Aria for the most unforgettable birthday ever. I can't wait for you to plan our next event!

If you are looking for a wedding planner who is professional, creative and FOCUSED on customer needs, look no further than Table Twelve Events. I worked very closely with Aria to plan my wedding, and can’t imagine having gone through the experience with anybody else.

I had my wedding in Houston, TX, but was planning it from New York. Needless to say, was complicated and stressful at times. I also wanted a day that felt really unique and personal, meaning that every single detail mattered. Aria did everything she could to minimize stressful moments. Despite being in different cities, she held my hand every step of the way.

Aria was extremely patient and thoughtful when working with me. She did everything possible to make sure that my wedding felt like my own and not like anybody else’s. I also was frequently overwhelmed by the multitude of ideas and decisions to make, and she always saved the day. She would put things in perspective by reminding me of what really mattered that day and that there was no need to stress. THEN, she would help me come to a great decision. To top it off, she managed to keep my budget in mind with every decision made.

On top of providing such a personalized experience, Table Twelve puts great pride in professionalism. All details were planned well in advance, and I really had very little to do the day-of. Aria did a great job of managing my multiple vendors, making sure they knew what mattered to me. Vendors and staff even approached me that night to say how great the experience was for them.

To this day, our guests still say that our wedding was one of their all-time favorites. When I reflect on the day, I simply smile. The day was extremely special because of the creativity and care we received from Table Twelve. I’ll end by saying this, if you are looking for a wedding day that you will never forget, trust and believe in Aria and her team. She’s a gem and will leave you with a lifetime of memories.

The event that we got organized by this company went phenomenally well and exceeded my expectation. It was on target and financially rewarding at the end.

There aren't enough words to express the sincere gratitude and EXTREME delight that I have for Table12 Events. Toni and Aria listened to me every step of the way. They let me take full reign over my day, just as I wished, but professionally guided and advised me every step of the way. They spent 2 years and 8 months helping me mold my dream wedding into reality and they did it with great pride, ease, and determination that allows me to write this review with HIGH regards for Table12 Events. My fuchsia, platinum, and bling event couldn't have been possible without their expertise and I'm forever grateful to them for making 8/3/13 a remarkable and truly memorable day for The Hamiltons!

The ladies of Table 12 did a remarkable job at my Mexican-themed bridal shower! Everyone had the best time and the location was transformed into a Mexican fiesta! The attention to detail and creativity was amazing and very much appreciated. People can't stop talking to me about the fiesta photo booth, the Mexican flowers, decor, and that amazing cake! These ladies put their all into making sure you have a fabulous event! Table 12 comes with my highest recommendation....they could handle any event you can dream of!

Table Twelve made my special day (baby shower), more magical than I could have possibly imagined. Everything from the chair covers to the personalized welcome board, made the theme come alive and transformed to venue. The attention to detail impressed my guests so much that several have reached out to Table Twelve to plan their upcoming events. Special thanks to Aria for making this event a memory that will be cherished and never forgotten!

Professional service with spectacular outcome. Toni and Aria creativity and hard work made my husbands 50th a truly memorable event. It was everything I wanted and so much more. The event decor was simply fabulous, all my guest were blown away with many declaring it the best party in 10years. Also their selection of DJ was spot on . They will be my event planners from here on. Thanks for a truly memorable night, hubby LOVE IT

Toni and Aria are amazing! They took care of absolutely everything for me before, during and after my wedding. They really went above and beyond for us and made my wedding so beautiful. Every guest I spoke to said that it was the most beautiful and best wedding they had ever been to. I had a huge wedding party and about 200 guests, but they made everything run smoothly- AND we did it all without breaking the bank! I highly recommend Table Twelve Events!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Table Twelve Events. They are just the most fabulous people and made our son's wedding the most perfect event ever! They managed to transform a park with a very large pavillion into a sparkling, magical, beautiful venue and at a very reasonable cost. Aria and Toni worked within our budget and were so creative and we never could have had such a fantastic wedding without them. I would highly recommend Table Twelve Events to every bride and groom needing to plan their wedding. I know the bride and groom could not have been happier. Table Twelve Events made the whole experience FUN and took all the stress out and responded to every little "glitch" including going above and beyond when one vendor never showed up. Aria and Toni took over and solved every problem. They are the hardest working women ever. I would recommend Table Twelve Events to everyone!!

Planning an event can be very stressful especially when you still have the everyday task of being a mom, wife, and business owner. I wanted to have an event to celebrate my milestone Bday with a special group of family and friends. Table Twelve handled all of the details and I was able to enjoy my party, family and friends. I dont think I will plan another event without them. Truly worth the investment!!!!
