Tips and Advice
* Selecting a Venue that  can provide onsite accomodations allows your out of town guests more time to relax.

*A few square tables intermixed with the standard rounds can really enhance the reception venue.

*After selecting your reception site, next hire your band and photograhper; these professionals can only work one event at a time and book up quickly, florists can work multiple events at a time so you can take a slight break from planning before moving on to your florist search!

* Having your ceremony and reception in the same location can be a great way to save money on your florial decor.  Repurpose your reception flowers on petals as ceremony decor,  before they are placed on your guest tables, then use them again the next day for your brunch.
