Simple Moments Photography	What can I say... there is absolutely nothing better than a wedding that goes of without a hitch! Well, of course a "hitched" bride and groom, but nothing else! Rhonda and her team are second to none when it comes to events that are impeccably planned and perfectly timed. Her attention to detail borders on obsession and her consistent communication with the other vendors involved makes her a joy to work with. But most of all, I respect her vow that the couple never have to 'put out fires' on the wedding day. Basically this means: any questions ONLY go to Rhonda and her staff. Any potential problems are pointed out ONLY to Rhonda and her staff. Any gripes? You got it, go to ONLY Rhonda and her staff. This means the Bride and Groom are allowed to enjoy their day in it's entirety without having to deal with a thing! Rhonda and her staff will always have it all under control.

Specialty Sound DJs	I've had an opportunity to work with Ronda on two occasions. Once, as the DJ at an reception that she was hired to plan. The second event was a wedding where I was part of the wedding party. In both cases, Ronda and her team showed every quality of being a great wedding planner. They demonstrated the perfect balance of "planning ahead" and flexibility. As I watched the interaction between my best friend (the groom), the bride and the planners - the bride and groom were 100% confident in Ronda's ability and recommendations. I also have had the opportunity to serve alongside Ronda on the board of a local wedding association, and have been very impressed with her dedication to her position and her business knowledge. Being in the wedding industry for over 19 years, I've worked with my share of poor wedding planners. I'm happy to say that "Precisely as Planned" is one company that I look forward to working with again!

1. Get Everything in Writing.  This should go without saying, but if you want a vendor to do something, make sure it is written down.  It is much less likely to be forgotten.
2. Know What You Want.  In order to get what you want, you need to know what you want.  Do the research before you meet with the vendors and be ready to lead them in your direction.
