We just used Kendra for my daughter's wedding and she was amazing! On the day of the wedding, I worried about nothing! I got to spend time with my daughter because I knew Kendra was "on top of it!" She and her staff worked tirelessly that day -- I knew she must be exhausted when the reception was over as she was working so, so hard but she was just as "smiley" and professional as she was at the beginning of the day. She simply took care of it! My husband and I felt so lucky that we actually got to enjoy the entire event and spend time with our friends and family! Memories we will have for a lifetime! Thank you, Kendra!

We had a backyard wedding. Because you must contract with many different vendors to make this happen, having a wedding coordinator (especially on the day of) is a must!
Kendra has a great personality - we enjoyed having her as our coordinator. She took over starting on the rehearsal and oversaw hundreds of details perfectly.

Rhonda is awesome! From day one to the wedding day she is always there supporting and helping you with all decisions and especially helpful with the small ones you don't even think of but must be made! She has great connections with the vendors and it's great to have her help with keeping them all on the same page with wedding details. She works behind the scenes with the vendors to make sure your wedding goes off without a hitch and if something does happen she will promptly take care of it and you will not even know! Her timeline for the day of the wedding are perfect for getting everyone on the same page, even groomsman appreciated them! She made our wedding day a wonderful and stress free day and it went as smooth as possible and was she was a terrific asset. We couldn't have done it without her!

We hired Rhonda and her team for month-of coordination - and it was the best idea we had! I knew when we met, it would be a good partnership, especially when my fiance turned to me and said "Hire her" as soon as we left the meeting. She communicated with my vendors and took care of all the little details. Our rehearsal was short and sweet because she kept everyone on task and focused. She means business! I did not have to worry about one single thing once the night got going. Everything just magically happened, got set up, got put away and ended up in its place at the end of the night with zero effort on my part. I could not have had such a smooth ceremony and reception without Rhonda and Molly!

I planned a wedding in another city, so I really relied on the people we brought in like Rhonda to help. Fortunately Rhonda was great. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the area's vendors and dealt with all my frantic last-minute requests like a true professional. She didn't let the stress of the day get to her and glided us through every event with ease (not an easy thing to do!). She was a real pleasure to work with -- I highly recommend her!

Our experience with Rhonda with Precisely as Planned greatly exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail and orchestration of the events were fabulous. I managed to spill on my dress during the reception and within a few minutes she miraculously had me back on the dance floor stain free! If there were any other glitches that occurred, I had no idea. During our wedding weekend, we were able to relax knowing that she would take care of everything for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Thank you for helping our special day last a lifetime!

I cannot say enough positive things about Rhonda. She had incredible vendor knowledge and relationships. She took all the stress out of the planning process. Anytime I began to get stressed out, all I had to do was call her and she took care of it. The wedding was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The day of the wedding she ensured that everything ran smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The best part was that all of my family and wedding party were able to relax and enjoy the day as well. We had so many friends and family tell us it was the best wedding they'd been to - there's no doubt that Rhonda was responsible for that! She was worth every penny and then some!

We hired Rhonda with Precisely As Planned after we had already started the wedding process so she was working with vendors we had already selected as opposed to vendors she normally works with. She handled this with the professionalism I would expect. She and her staff were a pleasure to work with, kept us on track with agendas prior to the wedding date and on the day of the wedding. In the future, I would certainly hire Precisely as Planned from the onset to ease the planning process.

Precisely as Planned made sure my wedding day went soo smoothly. You rarely hear of a wedding going ahead of schedule, but it happened with mine! Rhonda made sure everything was perfect and in it's correct place. It was so nice to not have to worry about the little details while getting ready that morning so I could just relax and focus on getting married. Rhonda and Kaitie create a timeline that is very organized and detailed and make sure everyone who needs one gets one and knows where they are supposed to be and when. Having Rhonda run our rehearsal was a tremendous help as well, otherwise we would have been standing around for 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do. She knows her stuff and will make sure that all you have to do on your big day is show up and make it down the aisle :)

Precisely as Planned offers fantastic service and ideas when planning a wedding. Many people at our wedding had no idea what the functions are of a wedding planner. Many of the guests commented how well the day was organized and could see this was due to the wedding planner. Rhonda & Kaitlin are professional and you can tell they love their job. Thank you so much for everything in making our special day memorable. It was great to enjoy the wedding and have no worries regarding the aspects of the event. A Wedding Planner should be what you spend the most money on followed by a photographer.

Family and friends are still talking about how perfect our wedding was and we were married in May of 2012! My husband and I could not have asked for a better day. During the planning process, Rhonda understood who we were as a couple. She asked what we wanted and then presented us with the best options to choose from. We had a natural, outdoor, home (lake house) theme going for us. Everything from the food, flowers, photographer and in between was perfect. To say our wedding went "Precisely as Planned" understatement. As a bride, there was nothing I worried about on the day I was married to my groom.

Rhonda and her team are an incredible group to work with. When I got engaged, I knew with my work schedule I couldn't handle planning our wedding on my own. I also didn't grow up in the DFW area, so I no idea where to begin when it came to selecting vendors. Rhonda always presented many options to us, keeping our price point in mind, and they were always excellent. Our friends and family couldn't stop talk about how smooth everything went during our wedding, and Rhonda is definitely responsible for that. We could actually sit back and not worry about a thing!! Thank you Rhonda and Precisely as Planned for making our wedding absolutely amazing and one our friends and family won't forget!!!

Rhonda and her team were great and my day wouldn't have been the same without her!! She did a fabulous job recommending vendors and helping make decisions. My only regret is not getting the full package! There were lots of times I wanted her help more - Go for the full package of planning, it is definitely worth EVERY SINGLE penny!

Rhonda and her team are AMAZING! What I liked best about working with Precisely As Planned is that the day of the wedding all problems are out of sight and out of mind and you do not have to worry about anything but enjoying your day! When I first started wedding planning I was clueless about all my vendors! But Rhonda and her team recommended great people to work with and the day turned out perfect. Words cannot describe how amazing Rhonda and her team were! Everything went so smoothly and without a hitch. I have no complaints although they probably have a few about me! They are amazing at what they do and should be extremely proud of themselves.

Rhonda was a wonderful person to work with and a life saver. I could not have planned my wedding in Puerto Rico without her. From start to finish everything was taken care of and executed brilliantly. I couldn't have picked a better person to travel to Puerto Rico(twice) with and entrust with such a memorable day in our lives. Thank you so much. Rhonda and team at Precisely as Planned were the support that I needed to have a fantastic wedding! They had plenty of great recommendations and helped me on the millions of decisions I had to make. Rhonda was incredibly responsive...she would email or call me back very quickly day or night. I would not have enjoyed my wedding weekend so much (nor would have the guests) without Precisely as Planned. Weddings have lots of expenses but having Rhonda was worth every penny and more!

OMG! I can't imagine NOT having Rhonda helping with this, even being the savvy planner I think I am! She and her team were outstanding. On "the day" - we didn't have to worry about a thing...the venue was beautifully setup, and things ran smoothy. I used each on of her recommendations for each area - there was no need to keep interviewing more....everyone worked out fabulously! I had a few guest comment that: "....it was one of the best and most elegant weddings I've been to...". I highly recommend Precisely as Planned (Rhonda Baker and her team)!!

First of all, Ours was an Indian wedding with multiple days of festivities and craziness!! No one other than Rhonda could have managed it! She was there right from the time we booked the venue to the time we were shopping for good event decorator … she came to all vendor meetings and discussed issues we had not foreseen ourselves… Planning a wedding can get so stressful and I really appreciated having Rhonda by my side overseeing all the major and minor hiccups that came along the way. Not once I felt that i was working with someone who had not done an Indian wedding before!! Kudos to you Rhonda! It was so nice having you as our planner!!

Rhonda was a dream to work with and helped us make our wedding day a very special event. She listened to what I wanted, which was to be offered a few of the best alternatives based on my taste so that I didn't have to speand a year sorting through decisions. She is very knowledgable about the details of ettiquette and was always helpful with answers on how to handle delicate situations. This was definitely some of the best money spent on our wedding.

Rhonda Baker (from Precisely as Planned) was the Wedding Planner for my wedding in April of 2010.

I currently live in Australia but I had my wedding in Dallas where I am from. She helped me plan my entire wedding while I was overseas and lined up vendors for me to interview when I came to my one week to plan over the Christmas Holidays. She was willing to spend the entire week with me before Christmas and who doesn't have millions of things to do that time of year!

I had to rely on Rhonda's advice to get me through all the planning and believe me, my wedding was fabulous. I'm still told that it's the most elegant wedding people have been attended.

She has the best vendor connections and they treat her (and hence you) like royalty. She can see through what is being cost effective and what looks cheap. As well, she can maneuver her way through vendor issues. Her voice sounds like the incredibly sweet Mary Poppins but she can stand up for the results vendors are contracted to produce.

No request or problem was ever too big for Rhonda. I think that was the most comforting factor during such a stressful and exciting time. There were a couple of times the day before where I felt like I was going to crack but it was Rhonda to the rescue.

She truly is one of those people that you're lucky if you ever get to meet them. I can't say enough about Rhonda but I would like to give her a big Thank YOU!!

My wedding day was perfect. I was completely at ease. Nothing went wrong! Rhonda told me that the bride shouldn't be concerned with all the stresses of organizing an event on her special day, and I didn't. Rhonda took care of everything and I floated along on my happy cloud, anxious to meet my groom at the alter! Plus, the wedding was beautiful, Rhonda had so many awesome ideas for reception details - I can't even list them, but really it was the perfect day and the most fun wedding I've ever been to!

Thanks Rhonda so much - I know I would have been one of those stressed out crying brides if it weren't for you!

Rhonda and the Precisely as Planned Team allowed my parents and I to show up to the wedding and enjoy it. We did not have to worry about anything the entire weekend, which was wonderful. Rhonda truly goes above and beyond for her clients- she even went to our hotel and checked in so that we could simply go to the room and relax after the reception!

Rhonda took care of absolutely everything. I was told by so many people that I was an extremely calm bride. I knew there was nothing to worry about with Rhonda there. Rhonda recommended almost all my vendors and I was really impressed withthose she recommended. Rhonda makes getting married very easy for the bride, groom, and familes. :)

Rhonda was absolutely incredible. My husband and I were able to identify most of what we wanted, but could not tie it all together for some reason. Precisely As Planned came in and did just that, in addition to raising awareness to we hadn't taken into consideration ourselves. She covered all the bases, and on top of it all, the wedding was seamless. It went so smoothly, I think I was in disbelief for the first hour. We really had the time of our lives, and as the bride I was very happy that I experienced as little stress as possible. I felt like that was the goal, and Precisely as Planned executed with sheer professionalism and smiles to make it happen. I will definitely refer their services without hesitation.

Wow, I'm not sure I have enough space to type everything to explain the Exceptional Service Rhonda Baker provided us with. I really would not have even know where to start. From the very get go, she held me by the hand through it all. She made me feel very comfortable through all the projects, and to be honest, I felt like all I needed to do was just show up to our vendor appointments, and just choose what I liked, and it was done. Like magic! Because of her, I was NEVER a stressed bride, not even the day of Our Wedding. Words can not express, how wonderful,she is and also how much trust we had in her, for fullfilling all of her Wedding Planner Duties! She's worth more than she charges! I Love her! You will too! Rhonda and Kendra were superb! Rhonda was available when I needed her, calmed my nerves when necessary and gave advice when needed. I purchased the day-of package and a separate design session--worth every penny! Our goal was to make sure that no one in our family had to work or worry on the day of our wedding--just show up and have fun---and that's exactly what happened. Rhonda and Kendra took care of everything, if there was a problem, we would have never known. Everything was flawlessly setup and ran on schedule. Rhonda also helped us come up with a design board/inspiration for the wedding and everything turned out stunning, better than I'd imagined. Take her recommendations on vendors! We went with David Kimmel, a florist she recommended, and his designs were incredible. My bouquet was the most beautiful/unique one I'd seen at a wedding. Rhonda also stood up for us--our band tried to charge us more for something that shouldn't have been extra and she fought with them (without us knowing) and basically set them straight on how things were going to be. She's 100% in your corner every step of the way.

I only have one tiny recommendation... and this does not take away from how wonderful PaP is (and this may just be ME), but a simple email recap each week to let us know what you are working on (leading up to the wedding 6 weeks out), would help calm some nerves and avoid us feeling a little out of the loop.

Rhonda and her team were absolutely AMAZING. I booked her knowing I had very little time to help plan my wedding so I went in blind and booked her full service. Rhonda not only recommended the best vendors, but worked with them to the point that I had never even met some of mine until the wedding day. Every recommendation she gave was perfect and it was a day I will never forget. As much as a worry freak that I am, I never had freaked out with her organization, professionalism, timeliness, advice, and catered to my fiancé and I. I strongly recommend her service not only for help with vendors, but for the help with invitations and the wedding day. The timeline she provided my rather large bridal party was amazing with every little detail of where to be and when. I trusted Rhonda for all of her vendors and wouldn't change one thing about my amazing wedding. The week of the wedding I did not focus on the little details as she took care of the loose ends. Rhonda truly loves her job and invests in her clients to find the right fit for them! I lived the "fairy tale" wedding thanks to Precisely as Planned!

We hired Rhonda to help tie all of the details of our wedding together. She had a lot of great ideas for the things we had yet to do (table place cards, wedding favors, etc.) and was able to create these things for us. She also conducted our wedding rehearsal and was there on the day of the wedding and at the reception. Our wedding went very smoothly and as the bride, I did not feel tense or nervous about any of the details because I trusted that Rhonda would take care of any issues that might arise. Rhonda and her interns made sure that our special day went smoothly! Thanks Precisely as Planned!

Hiring Kendra as our wedding consultant was one the best things we did for our wedding and ourselves. She did an excellent job juggling all of our vendors and coordinating events on the day of so everything went off without a hitch. If you are going back and fourth about deciding to if you need a wedding planner - you do. We love Kendra and her assistant, Caitlyn. Also, the owner of the company, Rhonda, is very professional and really knows her stuff. She had a lot of great ideas for our backyard wedding and really made it special for us.

I would not recommend this company to any bride who needs a lot of help with their wedding planning. E-mail responses were not efficient. Itineraries for vendor meetings were last minute. The day of the wedding she did not show up until 4:00 when the wedding started at 5:30 and did a poor job of setting up. Thank goodness for my mother and the event coordinator at the venue. You do not want to worry about anything on your wedding day. Your wedding planner should be your right hand person taking all your worries away so all you have to do is enjoy your special day. This was not the case at all. Very overpriced for the services rendered. My advice....uses your friends and family who have done weddings before over hiring Precisely as Planned to help you with your wedding.

I hired Rhonda for my wedding back in September. She had did one of my friends weddings about 2 years ago and she did a fantastic job. As a bride on a budget and with a creative mind I wanted to do most of the planning. I hired Rhonda to be my day of coordinator. To make sure all things went smooth on my wedding day. That all vendors would be taken care of by her on my wedding day. And to coordinate the processional and exit. I am extremely disappointed with the results I got. I was informed by Rhonda that her and her staff would help with setup. Well on the DAY OF my wedding she told my mom she doesn't do that. So instead of my mom getting to with me before the ceremony she was setting up tables. Tying ribbons on chairs. Putting the programs on all chairs. And coordinating with the other vendors. I'm also extremely disappointed because she knew exactly what song I wanted the bridesmaids, ring bearers , and flower girl to walk down to BEFORE the wedding. As well as a count of how many bridesmaids I had. She didn't plan in advance at all. She let the music play too long before letting anyone walk so the music stopped while the ring bears were mid way down the aisle and we still had the flower girl to walk. Everyone one at the wedding complained how rude Rhoda was. And I know the bride and groom need to eat bit of we say 3 times we are not hungry don't force us to eat, we are not 5 year olds. And don't get me started on the exit. I had been waiting for my sparkler exit since I was a little girl. Well her assistant lite the sparkler too early so they were out by the time we were exiting. I'm not really sure what we paid her to do.

My only regret at my wedding was hiring rhonda and adding stress to me. Nothing was delivered that was promised and it was the biggest waste of money i have ever spent i would never recommend her for anything! Im glad my friends and family came thru even tho i thought i paid someone to do what they were doing. Never saw her before or after my wedding i had no choice but to ask people to help me. Very disapointed.
