I was told about Jonathan through a mutual friend back in March when my husband and I were first engaged. After looking, talking, and meeting with SEVERAL other photographers I was pretty discouraged by what I had found so far. The pricing, quality or just overall hospitality was very lacking from the other photographers. Cliff (my now husband) and I met with Jonathan and clicked with him immediately. We knew we loved his personality but in looking at his work we were so excited to have him be a part of our wedding. Jonathan did our engagement pictures in the spring and we could not have been happier with the product. Cliff and I are not naturals in front of the camera, so, after a couple of awkward stiff pictures Jonathan really helped us to loosen up and be comfortable with him and with each other in front of the camera. I also had Jonathan do a bridal session for me a few weeks before the wedding. Once again, the outcome was more than I could have imagined. The pictures had such a natural, rustic feel to them which is exactly what we were looking for.
Jonathan then did our wedding on Oct 29. I think that having a photographer there that your comfortable with is so important. I was a nervous wreck but through all of our meetings and getting to know Jonathan I felt so much more at ease knowing he was the one there to capture the memories of this perfect day. Cliff and I are so thrilled with the pictures that he got and are so glad that we chose Jonathan for our special day. He has truly become more than just our photographer but a great friend to us.
