Mungo Foto & Film is a wedding photography company based in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. Husband-and-wife team Jared and Kayla Mungo have been helping clients create beautiful moments and lasting memories since 2014. Their style is colorful and full of life, and they would be delighted to create a collection that perfectly reflects your unique style and story!

Services Offered

Mungo Foto travels to locations throughout the Mid-Gulf Coast and the Midwest. Jared and Kayla take both posed and candid photos. They'll also be your veil fixers, bouquet carriers, wedding party wranglers, ultimate hype team, and anything else you need them to be! Most amazing pictures!

These photographers are so amazing!! They did our engagement photo shoot and got pictures of the groomsmen getting ready at our wedding. The unique angles and photos they got one are wedding day are more than we could have dreamed of. They make you as the person being photographed feel so as ease. I can promise that by hiring MxM Photography for your wedding you are guaranteed to get some very special moments of your very special day!

Above and beyond expectations

This duo is unlike any other. They really do bring all the compassion for events to the table and it shows in their work. Having them by your side for the big stuff will be one of the best decisions of your life and milestone!!!! They are so great at making you feel comfortable and natural while capturing everything effortlessly.

If you’re ready to drop down on one knee, or if you are planning your big day, this is the vendor that should be top of your list to lock in!!  

As a fellow vendor in the event industry as well, i have to say I admire their professionalism while still having a fun energy. This company is definitely "THE" standard! Mightly impressed by them!

The perfect wedding experience

Kayla and Jared absolutely exceeded my expectations!! I felt completely comfortable and confident with them both behind the camera. They took their time planning our day to make sure our pictures were everything we could want and more. They were so professional yet friendly and listened to every detail. We had so much fun working with them both and you will not be disappointed with their work! The pictures speak for themselves! They made my wedding day perfect!

Redwoods Engagement Adventure

We LOVE working with Kayla and Jared! They will be the photographers for our wedding in Nov 2024, but we recently finished our engagement photo sessions with them in Cali. They were AWESOME! Not only did they travel to the Redwoods National Park with us in California for a very fair cost, they made the process (that we were very nervous about) extremely easy and comfortable! We could not have asked for a better option for our engagement photographers and cannot wait to continue to work with them as we get closer to our wedding day! Their love for traveling and excitement with trying new ideas and expressing their creativity is contagious. We had so much fun working with them, and the photos are amazing!

Photography Experts

Jared and Kayla are absolutely one of a kind. When we first found their portfolio, we were blown away by the quality. Then, when we read their bio, they seemed like incredible, caring, and down to earth people. They were the first vendors we booked for our wedding, and they have been the best choice ever! From coordinating our engagement photos to helping find other vendors, Jared and Kayla have been the best photographers we have ever worked with. Their quality and kindness is second to none. I highly recommend them.

R-T New Family of 4

We highly recommend booking Jared and Kayla for your special moment! They were extremely flexible, down to earth, and super great with our kids. They had their poses and ideas already in place which made getting pictures with a toddler and infant extremely successful. They offered us breaks for the newborn and bubbles/treats for the toddler as well. Our family felt very comfortable in front of the camera with them. Their communication throughout the entire session from booking to meeting them the day-of was great. Most importantly, our photos turned out amazing and we got over 300 of them to keep! We have used many photographers but these two are special. They photographed a very special time in our life while capturing the true persona of our family. We plan to use them again in the future!

Engagement Photoshoot and Wedding Photographers

We went with Mungo Foto and Film and let me tell ya, we could not be happier with our decision! We had so much fun during our engagement photoshoot and are so thrilled that Kayla and Jared are also our photographers for our wedding. They are super responsive to the questions we had beforehand and knew of this great spot with waterfalls for the engagement shoot. They made everything so fun and really know what they are doing when it came to posing us and knowing good backdrops/etc. It was the best experience and we highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Kayla and Jared!!!

Turned a lot of question marks into exclamation points

My fiancée and I had no expectations coming in about photography. We did not know what to wear or what kind of shots wanted to see. As blank canvases we were met with the perfect balance of professionalism, care, and communication that made the process feel like an adventure. We enjoyed the their ideas, direction, and the experience they curated for us to produce photographs I wasn’t even willing to dream were possible for us. I could not sing their praises more for what they did with us and I’m excited to continue to work with them.
