What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment? Once a design is finalized and approved, orders are usually delivered within 10-14 business days. Because our designs usually involve more than just paper and ink, additional time is needed to allow for the hand-assembly and extra care put into of all of our designs.

Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product? Absolutely! Because all of our designs are customized to fit your style and inspiration, we prefer to work on a more personal level. We offer no-obligation consultations for our clients who prefer our custom, one-of-a-kind invitations and announcements.

Additional Questions and Answers
Do you offer additional invitation elements above and beyond cardstock, fonts and ink choices?
Of course!  In addition to the many colors of cardstock we work with, we also offer an array of handmade & natural papers, embellishments, ribbons, fabrics and adornments to add that extra special touch to a truly custom invitation.

Can you create my menus, place cards, table numbers and favor tags?
Yes!  We can customize a complete stationery suite to go along with your custom invitations...starting with your Save the Dates!

Do you carry other products aside from invitations?
Yes.  We also carry an exquisite selection of fine paper goods from some of the world's finest stationers.  We offer personalized stationery (perfect for the sophisticated bridesmaid) to handmade journals, notecard sets and custom jewelry (to match your wedding style, theme and colors).
