Do you charge for trials?
Yes, to ensure you are happy and save time on your wedding day it is necessary to do a trial. My flat rate for trials is $100 for 1-2 hours. Feel free to bring magazines and pictures so we can choose and try on the styles you like.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes, I travel to any place in the Seattle area. if I need to drive more than 20 minutes from my location, there will be a minimal fee.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
There is no minimum. I can be able to accommodate everyone in the party even flower girls.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
From two weeks to a year, as long as the date of your wedding is available. The earlier the better to ensure your wedding day booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
8+ days prior to booking. If less than one (1) week prior to booking, the 2 hour minimum fee will be imposed.
A 1/2 day rate will apply to cancellations that are not made at least 24 hours notice for all days of the project. Cancellations due to weather conditions are not charged.
