If you want to celebrate your big day in a gorgeous beachside wedding venue, then look no further than Loulu Palm Farms. It's a fabulous farm estate nestled between the turquoise waters and lush tropical mountains of Haleiwa, Hawaii. Loulu Palm began as a dream in 2007 and has since grown into a beautiful farm and retreat. Now, the team welcomes you to celebrate in a charming old Hawaii home surrounded by expansive lawns, stunning loulu palm trees, and a secluded beachfront.

Loulu Palm Weddings can accommodate up to 150 guests outdoors. They offer customizable event spaces on their property, including two indoor dressing rooms for getting ready, as well as outdoor space in their beautiful beachfront garden lawn with an optional covered, elevated lanai area that can also be added.

Loulu Palm Farms was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding day and more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking natural beauty that made the entire setting feel magical and unforgettable. It provided the perfect backdrop for such a special moment in our lives.
A huge part of what made our experience so seamless and enjoyable was our point of contact, Nickie Coleman. She was incredibly sweet, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. No question was too small, and she made sure everything came together perfectly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our day.
If you’re looking for a beautiful venue paired with exceptional support, Loulu Palm Farms is an amazing choice. We are so grateful for the experience and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

The most magical place and experience!
Loulu Palm is truly the most incredible wedding venue — the closest thing to heaven on earth. From the moment we booked through our wedding day, Nickie and team were unbelievably kind, helpful, and supportive. We genuinely cannot say enough great things about this place!
Nearly every vendor we used came from Loulu’s preferred vendor list, and every one was absolutely exceptional. It made the planning process feel so straightforward knowing we were working with such trusted, talented people.
We also worked with Loulu Palm’s in-house coordinator, Ashley Fennell, who is truly the best in the business. Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. She made everything flow so smoothly, kept the day organized and stress-free, and somehow made planning fun along the way!
We are endlessly grateful to Loulu Palm for giving us the wedding of our dreams. It was even more beautiful and magical than we could have imagined, and we will cherish the memories forever.

Highly Recommend
We held our wedding at Loulu Palm Farms on February 20, 2026. We had 50 total guests joining us from Vancouver, Canada and Australia. With all of the planning taking place within a 6-month timeframe, we truly couldn't have pulled it off without the amazing help of our Coordinator, Ashley Fennell, and Nickie Coleman at Loulu Palm Farm Estate. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and so many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever attended. We can't recommend Loulu Palms enough to host your wedding. Even in the rain, the venue is stunning and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, other than enjoying the special experience.

Dream wedding venue!
Loulu Palms is truly breathtaking. It was the perfect setting for our wedding and created such a special atmosphere for us and our guests. Nickie was kind, responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn't have imagined a better place to get married. The venue is private, beautiful, and has the most epic sunsets!
Ashley was our wedding coordinator and she is amazing, cannot say enough great things about her!! I was so intimidated by the thought of planning a wedding and from our very first meeting she made me feel so much better about it all and gave me so much direction. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and on the wedding day everything flowed so smoothly. We were able to be fully present with our guests and just enjoy the day. We are so grateful for her calm energy and attention to detail.
Ashley was our wedding coordinator and she is amazing, cannot say enough great things about her!! Breathtaking Venue
Loulu Palm Farm Estate was absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place for our wedding. I had only done a virtual tour beforehand, and while it looked beautiful online, it is even better in person—truly stunning and it did not disappoint at all.
The vendor list provided by the venue is excellent, and I’ve been getting amazing feedback from our guests, as well as from people who have only seen our videos and photos. Everyone keeps saying how gorgeous the location is.
Adding Ashley as our wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we made. She is a must. Ashley helped me so much throughout the planning process, always answering questions and guiding us every step of the way. On the wedding day, when our baker completely forgot to make our wedding cake, Ashley immediately stepped in, coordinated a replacement cake, secured us a full refund, and truly advocated for us. She even encouraged the baker to send an apology gift—we ended up finding a treat box waiting for us at our hotel after the wedding.
Ashley went above and beyond, and her support made all the difference. Loulu Palm Farm Estate is a gorgeous venue, and with the right coordinator, it becomes an unforgettable experience. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Authentic Hawai'i
There are no words for how beautiful this venue truly is. For those looking to embrace the true mana of Hawai'i, you'll get a backdrop of beautiful mountains, palms, and sea. We also used rentals through the venue that helped streamline the coordination of the event. Less stress is better! We did not feel anything was missing from our day.

Dream Venue and Dream Team!
We are so grateful for everything that made our wedding day absolutely perfect! From the very first conversation with our day-of coordinator, Ashley, we hit it off—it felt like talking to a friend we had known for years. As first-time wedding planners relying heavily on Google, we were nervous about the process, but Ashley guided us through everything, answered all our questions, and made time for us whenever we needed. On the day itself, she made everything run flawlessly, handled every detail behind the scenes, and even came prepared with a Tide pen when I had a stain on my dress!
