Julie Morgan has been a professional make-up and hair artist for over 20 years. Julie is a licensed cosmetologist, specializing in print, television, fashion, special events and weddings. Julie carries with her an extensive portfolio with such clients as Melissa Ethridge, Phil Jackson, as well as top models and actors as seen on her website. Julie has been teaching photography make-up to upper division photography students for 16 years at Brooks institute, a world renown photography school in Santa Barbara. In addition, Julie has created her own line of make-up and is known by her clients for her clean work.
"I feel makeup artist can apply make-up, however, the challenge for a make-up artist is to be invisible so that all you see is the person, not the make-up. My goal as a hair and make-up is to only enhance the best features; Not to distract from them. The end result is that the client feels that they are not wearing a make-up mask but, rather they feel comfortable and like themselves, but better!"
