Heather and Kevin photographed my wedding about a week ago and are wonderful through the whole process! From getting under contract, where they are wonderful at explaining their different packages, to helping figure out a timeline that would allow you to get all the photographs you desire, to day of helping you through the big day (and in my case, minor dress alterations when you are spazzing). They are so sweet and kind. Both are very respectful of everyone and everything you ask. They made my wedding day flow perfectly!

Heather and Kevin are phenomenal!!! They know every detail of the wedding business and were so helpful during the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Heather helped us nail down every conceivable detail and answered every random and ridiculous question we came up with while planning. On the day of the wedding, they were amazing. They helped keep everyone on schedule without making things feel rushed or anxious, magically took care of so many tiny details like loose threads or spots on bridesmaid dresses, and kept me so calm and in the moment that I wasn't stressed about a single thing. On top of all that, their photography skills are out of this world. They had so many creative ideas that resulted in charming, beautiful, and timeless photos. My husband and I are over the moon with the pictures we've gotten back. We even got to see a sneak peek as early as during the reception! Ignited Photography was worth every penny!

We received a recommendation to check them out from a work colleague and I am SO THANKFUL because Kevin and Heather were truly the nicest couple we could have imagined working with for our big day. I'm extremely type A and a planner and loved how organized they are. From the initial video chat, to the engagement session, and ultimately our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. They think of every little detail and are almost like have a day of coordinator on top of their photography skills. Heather also carries a little go bag on her hip for the day off that is clutch for any emergencies (she was kind enough to stow my lipstick and some extra bobby pins in there for me). My husband is not a big fan of having his photo taken and they made him so comfortable! Our photos look so natural and they captured so many wonderful moments. They also had a photo preview of some sneak peeks ready for us on the wedding night which was so unexpected and such a nice surprise! I could not have asked for a better experience and am excited to work with them again in the future for family photos or other opportunities.

I am so grateful we booked ignited Photography for our wedding! Heather and Kevin played an absolutely massive role in making our day perfect. Heather took the time prior to our initial consultation phone call to look into sunset time for our wedding day and helped me build our wedding day timeline from there. They were readily available by text, call, and email leading up to the wedding. In fact, they were our primary source for finding other vendors! Heather and Kevin not only did an amazing job photographing our day, but they acted almost as wedding day coordinators as well. They helped smooth any last minute kinks that came up and guided us through certain aspects of the day we had not even thought to prepare for (such as how to hold the cake cutting knife). Early in the reception, my husband accidentally stepped on my bustle and ripped out the button. Heather immediately pulled me to the side, pulled a sewing kit out of her bag, and fixed my bustle right up. There were so many other small details Heather and Kevin attended to the day of, that it would be impossible to list them all. ignited Photography is simply THE BEST and you should ABSOLUTELY BOOK THEM!!!!!!

Kevin and Heather are hands down the best! they are so friendly and nice and really know how to get you comfortable with them and working with the different poses and pictures! dont even get me started on their work! they did our wedding and they had some of the pictures on a tablet and were showing us and oh my! they took everyone’s breath away. they not only did a fantastic job but they truly made me feel beautifu! I am not one to ever take pictures or wanna be photographed but they sure did amazing in making me feel good about myself and comfortable enough to want to be in the picture! I cannot wait to get the rest of them back! would 100% go with them for everything in the future!

We would highly recommend Kevin and Heather for any occasion! They were a joy to work with on our wedding day and throughout the entire planning process. From our first Zoom call with them, we felt that we had already created a detailed outline of our wedding day timeline and flow of events which greatly relieved our stresses. They were incredibly accommodating with our wishes for styles of photos, group photos, colors/brightness, etc. Their website made it easy to provide them with any information, and they were always available to communicate with! We truly can’t imagine how our wedding day would have gone without them helping keep the pace of the day moving as scheduled, and we love how our photos turned out!

Heather and Kevin are phenomenal people and photographers. They were an absolute dream to work with through the entire process. We live out of state, so we set up a phone call with Heather to learn about their business and we were very impressed. Heather took multiple hours out of her day to walk us through every step. She shared some amazing worksheets with us that they have put together from years of experience attending weddings. This was very helpful as we had not attended a wedding for a number of years. Because we were not able to come in and look at their products in person, Heather texted us videos walking us through the different photo book styles that they could help us create – and we had not even booked them yet! Kevin and Heather really go above and beyond in anyway they can! Heather was our go-to person for all our wedding day timeline questions.
We also booked an engagement session with them over the Christmas holidays out in Holland, MI. They were more than willing to travel and brave the elements so that we could get the pictures we wanted. My husband and I had never done a formal portrait session and we both are not too keen on public displays of affection. But Kevin and Heather made us comfortable, telling us exactly what to do and how to pose. We had a fantastic time! And of course, all the photographs were stunning!
We would highly recommend them for any type of photography you need! And we know we will certainly be using them again whenever we next need portraits!
