You can call me Victoria Joanne,  I am the Artist at CustomWeddingGarters.com. I own the company Hand-Crafted Creations which is the parent site for HCC Garters and Custom Wedding Garters.  I own & design all of the websites myself, as well as create many uniquely custom made bridal accessories each day.
