Facilities and Capacity

The iconic red brick Chelsea Square was built in 1895 as part of the General Theological Seminary complex and has been the backdrop to some of New York's most unique and memorable events. The crown jewel is The Refectory, a cathedral-like, Gothic-panelled grand hall with gilded, arched ceilings and towering stained glass windows, reached by an immense baronial marble staircase.

Located in the Chelsea Gallery District on West 20th Street, the stunning buildings are surrounded by lush private gardens, creating a beautiful oasis in the heart of the city.
