I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of the hard work that you have put into helping us plan our dream wedding. I don’t know how I would have managed accomplishing everything we have done thus far without your help. Tim and I have had so much on our plate this year with our business, me going to college, and our families. I was worried that planning our wedding from another state was going to be overwhelming but you have helped me so much in taking care of everything that needed to be done. Your dedication in helping us plan our wedding exactly the way we envisioned it is evident in your answering all of the thousands of e-mails I have sent you and in the many different options and ideas you have suggested in creating our perfect day. I just wanted to again thankyou for everything!!!! You are the absolute best and I thank the good Lord above every day that I found you and your company.
I knew from the moment I met you that you were so different then all the other wedding coordinators I had met with (and boy did I meet with a lot!) but something inside me told me that you were the one I had been searching for and so I went with it.
After all the phone calls, emails, and IMs that I put you through, I thought surely you would want to strangle me but no, you answered each and every one of my calls, no matter how late at night I sent you a email or IM , I ALWAYS had a response waiting back for me.... you are just the absolute BEST!!!

When the director of our venue "fell short" of their duties, though we had paid them very healthy for such, rather then have myself or my family worry with it and it ruin my day, YOU stepped in
and saved the day. You took over the direction of the ceremony and reception and everything from then on ran like silk!!!
Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! Though this was was not "your" job, nor were you being paid a penny extra to do what we had paid this other person to do already, YOU are the one whom made my day the day of mine and my now husbands dreams come true and
for this I will thankyou forever!!

I have cried everytime I have thought of you since we left the reception for the honeymoon, and I cry now as I write this... you Melinda, and your wonderful company there at FLM have touched my heart! I wanted to plan a destination wedding in the Smoky Mountains of TN and was overwhelmed by the prospect of actually planning the event.
