Q: Will I be able to see proofs before printing?

A: Yes, you may proof your selection before ordering.
If you desire a proof, please specify at the time of
ordering, as proof availability and cost vary by
vendor.

Q: What happens if I run out of wedding
invitations?

A: Re-orders can be expensive, so we recommend
ordering a minimum of 25 additional invitations.
If you find that you need more after your initial
order, you will be charged for paper, printing
and any incurred rush delivery charges.

Q: Do I need to order my other wedding
stationery items at the same time?

A: No, programs, placecards, and table
numbers can be ordered 4 weeks or more
before your event.

Q: How long will it take between ordering my
wedding stationery and delivery?

A: Exact delivery time varies by vendor, however,
please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for custom
invitations?

A: Yes, a minimum of 25 invitations must be
ordered when purchasing custom invitations.

Q: Can I choose my own wording and typestyles?

A: Yes, you have the option to use your own
wording, however, modifications may have to
be made to accommodate your choice of
invitation. You will be able to choose from a
variety of typestyles.

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?

A: If you want to cancel your order after it has already been
placed into production, you will forfeit the
required 50% non-refundable deposit.

Q: I live in another state, can we work together?

A: Of course, we have served clients throughout
the country with the same level of service as
our local customers.

Q: When should I set my RSVP date?

A: Consult your caterer to determine when they
need the final head count. You should typically
ask for RSVP's four weeks before
your wedding.

Q: How much time should I allow for custom
invitations?

A: Turn around time on custom invitations is
determined at the time of design. The average
time is 6-8 weeks.

Q: Can you design other materials for my wedding
day i.e.(programs, place cards, table numbers.)?

A: We would be happy to assist you with all of your
wedding stationery and accessories.

Q: Are you able to match printed/paper color
to the color of my event?

A: Although, we cannot guarantee an exact match,
we will make every effort to ensure that the
colors used are the perfect compliment to your
event.

We suggest beginning your wedding stationery process four to six months
prior to your event. Many invitations take about four to six weeks to produce.

Always do your homework and research options/styles that you like
before meeting with a stationer. (Even bring pictures!) It will allow for a smooth consultation.
