Julia was great to work with! She was very attentive and helped my job as the DJ/Emcee run smooth throughout the wedding. The newly wed's vision came together with the her awesome coordinating skills and logistics with all the vendors. I highly recommend her and team as one of the best wedding coordinators in town!

I am so thrilled that Stephanie and Isabella (our wedding coordinators) recommended that we use a “Day Of” assistant. From the moment Nicole walked in our front door, she brought a sense of calm and structure to what could have been a chaotic day. With her charming demeanor, she kept everyone, including us, relaxed. She seamlessly coordinated 3 makeup/hair artists, 2 photographers, 1 florist, 6 bridesmaids, my husband and me and most importantly my daughter in our home. My fiancé, mom and I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Vandenberg and Isabella Nunez at Inspired Events for my dream wedding, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made! We knew that we wanted a “moving style” reception instead of a traditional sit-down dinner reception, following our traditional church ceremony. But, we didn’t know how to pull it off, especially since the majority of our 170 guests had never been to anything but a traditional seated dinner reception. On our first meeting with Stephanie and Isabella they were ALL IN, and helped us create a plan for the evening that was the reception of our dreams! From advance communication to all of our guests, signage at the venue, and the actual planning of the space and timing of events, their creativity, diligence and experience were exactly what we needed. Our reception truly was the reception of our dreams….and we are all still talking about how much FUN we had, and so did all of our guests!
