Highly Recommend!!!

My husband and I recently held our wedding reception at The Drexelbrook in the Grand Ballroom. I cannot begin to put into words how much of a positive experience we had with The Drexelbrook! Jean and Sydney made our experience so wonderful. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and great with communication. From our first meeting together to tour the venue, they made us feel valued. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and just met all of our needs and wants that we were searching for. We worked with Jean and Sydney for almost two years in planning the wedding. They answered my many questions promptly and clearly. We met with them several times to go over all of the details and reminded us of things we had not even thought of! They worked so hard to make sure our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and I cannot thank them enough for all of their time and effort. All of The Drexelbrook staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our guests were raving about the whole wedding and how great of a job the staff did in putting it all together. All of the food was delicious and they worked well with any guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. The Drexelbrook exceeded my expectations and really went above and beyond to make our day special. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your wedding or other events!

My dream come true

From the moment I became engaged, I knew that I wanted to host the reception at Drexelbrook. I have worked with them before on school events, and I knew they would see my vision. I did my due diligence and visited other venues, but once my parents, my fiancé, and his parents walked in, we knew that this was the one. One of the first things I loved is that we got so much more for the price, most venues offered 4 -5 appetizers, we had double - PLUS STATIONS! The dessert bar was top-tier - not just cake, but also ice cream, cannoli, and the list goes on. What Drexelbrook offered us in physical space, food, plates, napkins, etc, did not hold a torch to how myself, my fiance, and our families were treated. I know they do this for a living and, as I said before, I've worked with them on school events; however, from the moment I signed the contract, I felt as though I was the ONLY bride that establishment was working with in that moment. They understood what this event meant to me. This event was not only important to me as a bride, but also as a daughter trying to honor my mother and the vision she had for my wedding before she passed a few years ago. They eased every fear, walked me off every ledge, gave me patience, kindness, advice, guidance, and so much more. The day of my wedding when my fiance and I did the sneak peek of our reception room during cocktail hour, I could not hold tears back. Somehow they made my vision MORE beautiful than I could imagine. Again, throughout cocktail hour, first dances, speeches, dinner, dancing, and dessert, I felt like I was a princess and royalty. No favor was too big or too small, the entire staff smiled, laughed with us, and were genuinely happy for myself and my husband. I cannot sing their praises enough. I wish I could do it over again just so I could soak in the love, laughter, and fun of that night. Everyone talks about how stressful planning a wedding is, but I felt none of that in deal with Hannah, Kim, Domenick and the rest of the Drexelbrook staff. Thank you Drexelbrook for making every single thing I dreamed of for a wedding come true. You were all amazing and I will gladly sing your praises for years to come

The 60th Surprise

The Drexelbrook Team led by Christina, Hannah and Fatima were OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, and FANTASTIC. The team went abive and beyond to accommodate my every request and need ensuring that my surprise event for my wife was a tremendous success. They treated me like family, took all the stress out of planning the event and provided a level of professionalism with great attention to detail that is rarely seen in today's times. They have a customer in life from me, my family and my friends. We all were very highly impressed, satisfied and receive great value for every dollar spent. You can trust this team, they will never let you down. I can't wait to work with them again.

Stunning Event!

As a guest who has enjoyed many events at Drexelbrook, we knew we had to choose them for our wedding. As we worked with Anthony, he was able to bring our desired vision and atmosphere to life through his extensive knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail (this coming from someone who is not easy to impress). The staff’s attentiveness to my husband and I and guests was great. The food was anmazing and the dessert experience was over the top! Our guests are still raving about our event! Thank you Drexelbrook!

Exceeded every expectation!

Our wedding reception was held in the Grand Ballroom at Drexelbrook. We worked with Anthony and Chrissy who made sure that not only would our expectations be met but exceeded. They answered every question we had (and there were ALOT). They helped us throughout the entire planning process. They took into account our personalities and vision of how we wanted the ballroom to look and feel with superior attention to detail. The entire evening was perfect. The staff was attentive to my husband and I all night and made sure we had everything we needed (and everything we didn’t know we needed). The food was amazing and our guests are still talking about it. you will not be disappointed when using The Drexelbrook for your special day!

A Perfect Wedding!

The Drexelbrook made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Not only is the food 100/10 (it was a HUGE hit with our guests) but the service, flexibility, creative thinking & kindness of all the staff is amazing. We knew we wanted to work with the Drexelbrook when we got engaged back in the Summer of 2022, they were our first vendor booked. You cannot go wrong with The Drexelbrook!

Amazing Venue!

Amazing!!!!!!!!! Everything was top notch. Food, staff, ambiance, venue, decor. It was a dream wedding & we couldn’t have asked for a better place to have it. Christina is the best! And so are Victoria & Dale! Even the security guards were over the top friendly

Flawless wedding experience

Just coming down from cloud 9 after hosting our daughter's wedding in the Mansion at the Drexelbrook. Everything went smoothly, thanks to Kim, Hannah and Domenick. They graciously accommodated every wish, even when we told them we wanted the bridesmaids to carry rescue puppies instead of flowers!! The service and food were excellent, with tons of plant-based options so that everyone felt well fed and loved, from cocktail hour to dinner and even dessert! Perhaps the best part was staying onsite at the Holiday Inn all weekend. We were able to host our rehearsal dinner on Friday night, have a fun glam party the morning of the wedding in our suite, host an after party after the wedding, and a farewell brunch on Sunday morning.....all without ever leaving the property!

Perfect Wedding

My wife and I got married at the end of September and had our reception at the Drexelbrook. We only went to see 2 venues because we knew shortly after our first visit that the Drexelbrook was going to be our choice. The venue is beautiful, spacious (which was a huge deciding factor for us – nobody likes a crowded cocktail hour), and the parking and hotel couldn’t be more convenient for people travelling.

Jean Fernandez & Sydney Kuhn were our main points of contact; they made the entire process, from beginning to end, easy and stress free. They were available and responsive at all times of day and scheduled appointments as the big day got closer to make sure everything was in order and accurate.

Wedding day was perfect. The food and drinks were awesome, and the staff was even better. My wife and I didn’t make it to cocktail hour because of pictures, but they had someone bringing us hors d'oeuvres outside! They truly went above and beyond to get us anything we needed without even having to ask. I didn’t eat any of the street tacos, but I heard they were amazing! We had braised short rib and Tuscan chicken as our entrees, and both were delicious. The waffles and ice cream for desert was also a hit.

Our party favor was a beer (IPA) brewed for us by our favorite brewery, and Jean made sure that all 10 cases stayed cold (this was very important for me) and put them out on the bar and the end of the party for everyone to take! It’s the little things!

My wife and I wished we could be guests at our own wedding. We would absolutely recommend the Drexelbrook to anyone planning weddings or large events. 5 stars!
