She's very professional, caring, genuine, vibrant, and personable with a great sense of humor! She was very prompt in writing our ceremony and sending us drafts to edit. She's very knowledgeable, and you will not have to worry about anything when it comes to obtaining your marriage license because she will lead you in the right direction. Stephen and Susan were absolutely wonderful to work with! We used Journeys of the Heart for "Wedding Wednesdays" at Love Park in Philadelphia. They answered all our questions about the ceremony and logistics ahead of time, which really helped ease our nerves before the big day. The ceremony was short, sweet, and beautiful. We chose to share our wedding vows privately before the ceremony, but even without our personalized vows the script that Stephen used for our ceremony was heartfelt and touching. Stephen and Susan made our day so special and we had an amazing experience with them!

We got so lucky working with Jim Haley! He was recommended to us by a family friend who thought we would be a good match, and he was the perfect match. Jim spent a lot of time getting to know us personally in person and virtually, and gave us great tips and advice for curating a special ceremony with us. We had Jim Haley officiate our wedding on 9/19/2025 at Appleford Estate. Jim was easily one of the best wedding vendors we had for our wedding. He was incredibly kind, calm, and easygoing, yet was very organized and prompt if my husband and I ever needed anything! Having Jim allowed us to cruise through the ceremony without a stress or worry. He even handled ceremony procession and orchestrating talking to our readers ahead of time. We are so blessed to have had Jim there up at the alter for our wedding, he set the tone for a very wonderful and loving day!

From the start, Journeys of the Heart was very responsive and warm in even their initial email communication with us. We decided to work with Susan Harte, who is incredibly communicative and kind. She helped us through the entire process (marriage license, walking us through the ceremony, how to get started with writing our vows), and she provided so many helpful resources for us. She crafted her ceremony speech so well, and she's such a wonderful speaker. She's so warm, so friendly, and on the day of, she did such a good job reminding me that my wedding day is about celebrating love, and it's not just all about logistics (I think she got the sense that I was getting really anxious about time management of the wedding, and she really got my head in the right space before the ceremony started). She's the best!
