When we were trying to choose a caterer for our wedding, we contacted several companies. We decided to go with Crescent Moon because they were solely dedicated to catering and a smaller company. Throughout the entire experience, we were so glad with our choice. With them, we were able to create a unique, personalized menu that really felt like "us", and we had a lot of fun with it! The team was so willing to send us many iterations of the cost so we could find a menu that we were excited about and that was also within our budget. They always responded to our emails quickly and warmly. On the wedding day, they were completely prepared, self-directed, and professional. We got lots of compliments from guests on the food, and we are so grateful that Crescent Moon was a part of our wedding! Thank you for all you did for us on our special day. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Crescent Moon was recommended by a friend who had their food at a wedding. Because of my friend’s recommendation I went with them. They were a delight to work with. I gave them my budget and they created a great menu for my budget. Don’t bother shopping around, hire Crescent Moon!

We had a great experience booking with Crescent Moon Catering! The contract/booking managers were very accommodating and great with communication. At no point did I think we weren't being taken care of. The chef was able to fulfill a special request, it was simple but it meant so much to us!! The locally sourced and fresh food was delicious and our guests raved about it! The groom and I struggled with some scheduling decisions, the team offered several solutions and it ended up working out great.
On the day of, the team was on time and self sufficient.

We are thrilled with the experience and the food we had with Crescent Moon Catering at our August 2024 wedding! We had so much fun building a custom buffet menu, with fresh local ingredients and ambitious dishes. Through the entire process, the Crescent team was responsible, professional, creative, and enthusiastic. Where we were looking for suggestions, the knowledgeable chefs offered us multiple options to round out the menu or make modifications to certain dishes. We enjoyed the tasting event as well, which allowed us to try out the food and make some minor tweaks to our preferences. Their management of the linens, tableware, food space, and kitchen cleanup was wonderful and we were able to stay fully present to our event and not worry about any of those details - Crescent Moon had it covered before and during the entire event.

During the evening, multiple Crescent Moon team members specifically came over to congratulate us and share well-wishes, a wonderful personal touch. We loved the food and it seems the rest of the attendees did as well. We would wholeheartedly and definitively recommend Crescent Moon catering for your next big event!

Crescent Moon was really incredible to work with. They supported us in creating a true PNW themed menu that fit our needs. On the wedding day, they were professional, kind, supportive of us, and worked so smoothly with the venue coordinator it was incredible! All the food was excellent and beautifully presented and prepared. I’m sorry I didn’t take pics of the gorgeous spread. After they got all set up, we had this sudden rain storm. No prob the crew quickly set up their canopy and rearranged the serving tables.
The weeks leading up to the event, the staff was prompt to answer my questions and to help me plan and to accommodate my requests.
