Cook with Class brings gourmet cooking into people's homes through hands-on instruction in a fun, social and laid-back environment. Current offerings include Interactive Dinner Parties (instructional four-course gourmet meals for groups) and Cooking Instruction (private cooking lessons). Both offerings allow students to become more comfortable and knowledgeable in their own kitchens, as the details of planning and creating a meal, including navigating recipes, shopping, food preparation, cooking techniques and nutritional concerns are covered. Chef Rob Endelman, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), founded Cook with Class in November 2004.
