When we hired Chelsey, we had already booked our chapel and reception venue and I needed her help pulling all the details together. I had some general ideas about what I wanted, but I wasn't really clear on how to pull it all together. Chelsey came to my rescue.

She provided me with organizational tools (timelines, checklists, etc) that I needed and then gave me the guidance on what she thought would work, what might not, pros and cons, etc. I was really worried when I hired a planner that my wedding would somehow turn out looking like every other wedding that person had done. But, Chelsey listened to me and stayed true to my ideas and made them a reality.

She helped me find excellent vendors and get great rates with those vendors. Wedding planning with Chelsey was more like hanging out with a good girl friend because she is such a sweet, funny, friendly person.

The day of ran like clockwork. I did not have a single moment of anxiety because I knew Chelsey and her team would make sure everything went smoothly and it did.

Bride Associates made my wedding day stress free. They were extremely organized and had great attention to detail. They made sure every vendor and/or person involved in the wedding was aware of the order and time of things. We had over 200 people at our wedding and I think they did a great job to make sure everthing went smoothly.

Any piece of advice I would give a couple planning their wedding, hire a wedding coordinator. She actually saved us money with deals that she gets and just all of her industry knowledge. Bride Associates did a great job on my wedding. I didn't think I needed a planner until I realized everything that needed to be done in the three months I had to plan my wedding. All I had to do was show up on my wedding day! One word, PERFECT!

Chelsey made our wedding day completely carefree. All we had to do was show up and she took care of the rest. She is professional and easy to work with. She has a great personality and has the ability to keep you calm!

Without a doubt this was the best decision that I(mother of the bride) made regarding my daughters wedding. The only thing that I could have done better would have been to hire her earlier than I did! We had already taken care of many of our vendors but when we do it again in the future (I have two younger daughters) she will be on board at the very beginning of the process! Chelsey was beyond professional, creative, so so sweet and just fabulous at her job. Her passion for what she does shows in everything she does. The night of my daughters wedding both Chelsey and her staff went above and beyond- from making a run to the store for us to making sure the ceremony was perfect to helping cleanup after the reception (not their responsibility) Knowing that she was there and had everything under control allowed this mother to truly enjoy her daughters wedding from start to finish. I can't say enough great things about Chelsey and Bride Associates. She was my day-of coordinator at my May 2011 wedding and the day wouldn't have been a success without her. She made sure before the wedding that she knew what I was the most concerned about and made sure to focus on those things. During the wedding week, she was in constant contact with vendors and helped in answering any questions I had. The day of the wedding, all of my wedding party was commenting on how wonderful she was and I couldn't agree more. If you are looking for someone who is professional, knows the wedding business inside and out and will make sure your wedding day goes smoothly and is stress-free for the bride and groom, go for Chelsey and Bride Associates!

Bride Associates made planning for the wedding fun and so much less stressful than had I not had their help. They helped me envision my perfect day and put those thoughts into action. They were very helpful in providing vendor contacts who were reliable and did an outstanding job. The staff is very friendly and have experience which is evident in their work. On my wedding day, they made sure everything went according to plans and I was able to enjoy the moment much more than had I been worrying about all of the details myself!

I have only good things to say about working with Chelsey from Bride Associates for my wedding day. She took my priorities and made them her own, she listened to my ideas and put them into action, and she took the time to truly understand my dreams for my wedding day and made them reality. She was courteous, friendly and very professional. She was polite but firm when handling family issues (an inevitable part of every wedding), realistic with my budget, and provided above and beyond service. Bride Associates worked with me on creating a package I could afford and for everything they did, it was truly priceless.

I had my wedding in Laguna Beach, CA and Chelsey planned my wedding remotely. She and Kristin flew out to CA and also provided day of coordination. My wedding day was absolutely perfect; literally. There was not one thing that went wrong or was out of line with what I dreamed and imagined. This was due to Bride Associates attention to detail, experience, and compassion.
I was particularly impressed with how well they were able to plan an "elegant beach" wedding from Texas- with every detail perfectly in theme.
