  Bride Associates made my wedding day stress free. They were extremely organized and had great attention to detail. They made sure every vendor and/or person involved in the wedding was aware of the order and time of things. We had over 200 people at our wedding and I think they did a great job to make sure everthing went smoothly.

  helsey and her team did a phenomenal job. Chelsey was with me every step of the way making the wedding planning process fun! Any piece of advice I would give a couple planning their wedding, hire a wedding coordinator. She actually saved us money with deals that she gets and just all of her industry knowledge. Couldn’t say enough praises for this group.

  When we hired Chelsey, we had already booked our chapel and reception venue and I needed her help pulling all the details together. I had some general ideas about what I wanted, but I wasn't really clear on how to pull it all together. Chelsey came to my rescue.
  
  She provided me with organizational tools (timelines, checklists, etc) that I needed and then gave me the guidance on what she thought would work, what might not, pros and cons, etc. I was really worried when I hired a planner that my wedding would somehow turn out looking like every other wedding that person had done. But, Chelsey listened to me and stayed true to my ideas and made them a reality.
  
  She helped me find excellent vendors and get great rates with those vendors. Wedding planning with Chelsey was more like hanging out with a good girl friend because she is such a sweet, funny, friendly person.
  
  The day of ran like clockwork. I did not have a single moment of anxiety because I knew Chelsey and her team would make sure everything went smoothly and it did.

  Bride Associates did a great job on my wedding. I didn't think I needed a planner until I realized everything that needed to be done in the three months I had to plan my wedding. All I had to do was show up on my wedding day! One word, PERFECT!

The only thing that I could have done better would have been to hire her earlier than I did! Chelsey was beyond professional, creative, so so sweet and just fabulous at her job. Her passion for what she does shows in everything she does. The night of my daughters wedding both Chelsey and her staff went above and beyond- from making a run to the store for us to making sure the ceremony was perfect to helping cleanup after the reception (not their responsibility) Knowing that she was there and had everything under control allowed this mother to truly enjoy her daughters wedding from start to finish. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Bride Associates!

  I can't say enough great things about Chelsey and Bride Associates. She was my day-of coordinator at my May 2011 wedding and the day wouldn't have been a success without her. She made sure before the wedding that she knew what I was the most concerned about and made sure to focus on those things. The day of the wedding, all of my wedding party was commenting on how wonderful she was and I couldn't agree more.   Bride Associates made planning for the wedding fun and so much less stressful than had I not had their help. They helped me envision my perfect day and put those thoughts into action. They were very helpful in providing vendor contacts who were reliable and did an outstanding job. The staff is very friendly and have experience which is evident in their work. On my wedding day, they made sure everything went according to plans and I was able to enjoy the moment much more than had I been worrying about all of the details myself!

  I have only good things to say about working with Chelsey from Bride Associates for my wedding day. She took my priorities and made them her own, she listened to my ideas and put them into action, and she took the time to truly understand my dreams for my wedding day and made them reality. She was courteous, friendly and very professional. She was polite but firm when handling family issues (an inevitable part of every wedding), realistic with my budget, and provided above and beyond service. Bride Associates worked with me on creating a package I could afford and for everything they did, it was truly priceless.

  I had my wedding in Laguna Beach, CA and Chelsey planned my wedding remotely. She and Kristin flew out to CA and also provided day of coordination. My wedding day was absolutely perfect; literally. There was not one thing that went wrong or was out of line with what I dreamed and imagined. This was due to Bride Associates attention to detail, experience, and compassion.
  I was particularly impressed with how well they were able to plan an "elegant beach" wedding from Texas- with every detail perfectly in theme.

  I had a great experience with Christina from bride associates and have already begun to recommend them to others. I had a large wedding and bride associates were able to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was such a relief knowing they were there to execute my day of coordination.

  Jessica was a savior! I didn't think I needed a planner but if you are working and planning a wedding and have multiple vendors, day-of planning is well worth the cost. It was an expense we didn't initially plan for but I hardly thought of a thing on the day of my wedding and that ended up being well worth it. Jessica was perfect for us because she was not pushy about anything, was very professional on the day of and people did not feel ordered around, in fact most people had no idea she was around. She handled things we didn't know needed handled and me and my family were able to enjoy the entire day.

  I worked with Jessica from Bride-Associates as my day-of coordinator. Since I didn't really work too much with her prior to about a week before the wedding, I did sort of wonder if the service was worth what we were paying. All those doubts were gone on the wedding day. I am so, so glad that Jessica and her team were there. They took care of everything all night. They were so great about changing around the order and timing of things to fit the flow of the reception. They were totally willing to do help out with anything we needed and took such great care of me and DH. I am so glad we had Jessica and her team there to take care of everything that day.

  I worked with Jessica from Bride-Associates as my day-of coordinator. Since I didn't really work too much with her prior to about a week before the wedding, I did sort of wonder if the service was worth what we were paying.   With the package we bought, most of our money went towards the day of our wedding. Our consultant really helped us find a venue for our reception after my fiance and I had SEARCHED AND SEARCHED prior to hiring our consultant. Our consultant made our wedding planning easy, but it was sometimes difficult to meet/stay in contact with her during the months prior to our wedding. Most of our communication was through e-mail, and on some occasions it would take a week or more for her to respond to us. Although it was at times difficult to have timely responses in our communication, the day of our wedding was AMAZING. Our wedding consultant's team made the day FLAWLESS. We did not have to worry about a single thing and they had every detail down to a "t".

  Wedding Planner
  Out of all the BA team, nobody told the lawn service people to stop mowing during the ceremony. The photographer was helping me with the my train before I walked down the aisle, instead of the BA team.
  The Ceremony was a little unorganized. The Bridal Party was told to go down the aisle on the wrong song and they didn't get a chance to pose for a picture, before going down the aisle (too rushed). When it was time to light the Unity Candle we were unable to light it, because the lighter didn't work.
  Per Bride Associates, they will bustle your dress, Jinna had a hard time with the bustle (we had a drawing and instructions), but it still wasn't bustled correctly.
  
  At least the Reception turned out OK!
  
  Candy Buffet
  I spent alot of money on the candy buffet!
  The candy buffet table was too plain, no decorations, and no names on candy (as promised). Per Chelsey, all ten glass containers were supposed to have name tags and be decorated. I could have done the candy buffet myself and saved me lots of money.
