Ceremony only available without booking your reception. Vendor, hotel, favor referral, taste test, showers, rehearsal dinners,and a wedding planner.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Outdoor Veranda (indoor also available) with decorated arch/trellis, white ceremony chairs, topiaries, laced-skirted table for sand or unity ceremony, clothed Veranda tables with table lamps, easy access for DJ ceremony music set-up, picture-perfect views for photos and video, rental of speakers and microphones if needed.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Most all your needs are included and upgrading to your special wants is easy with our special events rental company and at very reasonable prices.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
A preferred entourage list of passionate wedding vendors is available to get you starting in the planning process, but you are welcome to use your own vendors.
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
The areas surrounding the clubhouse have breathtaking photographic opportunities. We suggest if your photographer(s) or videograher is new to Bartlett Hills that they visit us before hand to plan your shooting areas for the best spots for your time of season. Backdrop areas are limited and should be discussed at your final arrangements meeting.
What restrictions (if any) on music?
We only suggest that you hire the best wedding entertainer that you can because that person really directs your reception and will provide you with a fun, personable and professionally executed reception!
