A Dream Come True

Had my wedding 10/12/24 at Bartlett Hills Golf Club and it was an absolute dream!
The venue itself is beautiful. They give you the option for either indoor or outdoor ceremony spaces overlooking their lake. Outdoor ceremony space is limited to about 150 people but it was perfect for our wedding of about 125.
You get access to multiple golf carts to explore the golf course for photos. Taking bridal party photos with all the autumn trees in the background made for awesome shots!
There is a locked bridal suite for the ladies to get ready in or store your things for the day. However, its not the most spacious, so might be best to get ready elsewhere for parties bigger than 4 or 5 people.
The reception area is open and spacious, with two bars. And diverse! They can close off areas for smaller groups, they can move the dance floor to your liking. They give you the option to customize SO MUCH.
Their pricing is amazing for how all inclusive their packages are. The premium package (im not sure the exact name) offers way more than any other venue I visited or researched. And was far more affordable. It included an hour of passed hors doeuvres, an absolutely delicious dinner, open bar, all your linens, fresh flower centerpieces, an arch for your ceremony, even the cost of your cake!!!
We got so many compliments on how delicious the dinner and the cake was.

But what really sells this venue is Evan, the event coordinator. He is really the mastermind behind making your dream wedding a reailty. Most people say not to bank on a venue coordinator being like a real day of coordinator, but let me tell you, in the case of Evan, he is that and so much more. He is there to help every step of the way, offering advice and insight because the man clearly knows what hes doing. Also, him and his staff set up and break down ALL of your decorations. He is so helpful, friendly, and honestly just a cool guy. He even gave us the OK for our officiant/friend to do the stone cold steve austin beer smash for their reception entrance (we changed those plans, but still).

Overall, I have zero negative things to say about this venue. My wedding was 110% everything I dreamed, in large part to Evan and the staff at Bartlett Hills GC. I would recommend a million times over.

11/16/2025 Wedding

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we booked our November wedding, we were blown away by the beauty of the space! The window views were great and created the most romantic atmosphere. The venue provided stunning backdrops in every direction, making our day feel truly special and unforgettable.

The wedding packages offered incredible value and Evan and the team made the entire planning process so much easier. Everything was well-organized, transparent, and worth every penny, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our celebration knowing we were in great hands.

Amazing wedding Venue

5 stars! This venue is stunning, but the staff is what makes it world-class. Evan made the planning process a breeze, and Zack was an incredible banquet captain who kept the evening running like clockwork. Our guests are still raving about the service. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Celebration at Bartlett Hills — A Day to Remember

From start to finish, our experience at Bartlett Hills Golf Club & Banquets was nothing short of spectacular. The venue itself is stunning — nestled in a picturesque setting with rolling greens and beautiful views that added a touch of magic to our special day. But what truly made the event unforgettable was Evan.
He was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process. Friendly, organized, and incredibly accommodating, Evan took the stress out of every decision and made everything feel effortless. It felt like he genuinely cared about making our day perfect — and he absolutely delivered.
The banquet space was beautifully set up, the food was exceptional, and the staff provided attentive service that left our guests raving. We couldn’t have asked for a more seamless or joyful celebration.
If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing — and without hesitation, we’d choose Bartlett Hills and Evan again. Their professionalism and warmth set them apart, and we’re beyond grateful for the memories they helped us create.

The best wedding venue ever!

Evan and the staff at the Bartlett Hills Golf Course were extremely impressive. The thoughtful consideration and dedication throughout our wedding experience was outstanding. From the moment we booked our wedding with them, to the final day of, they were right there by our sides every step of the way. They are so accommodating and helpful. They thought of small details we didn’t even know about. From setting up my entire wedding to being our personal coordinator, their service was unmatched. And the food!!! The food was AMAZING! This is your one stop shop

Amazing venue

Evan and his team are great to work with! Evan was so easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning process. He was easily reachable and flexible when details changed. Wedding day went so smoothly and guest enjoyed the food and venue! I was actually told by a couple guests that it was the first wedding in a while with good food! We love Bartlett Hills!

My husband and I got married 10/11. From start to finish, our experience at Bartlett Hills was absolutely flawless. Evan, our wedding coordinator, was truly exceptional. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that our big day was seamless. He made sure that every single detail was taken care of, allowing us to focus on enjoying the day without a single worry. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and eager to help, which made the entire process feel so much more special. The venue itself was beautiful. It exceeded all of our expectations. The ambiance, the décor, and the overall atmosphere were perfect, and everything was set up just the way we envisioned—and then some! I love how we were able to bring in anything we wanted to have our dream come to life. We felt truly taken care of throughout the day, and every aspect of the venue reflected that care and attention. If you're looking for a beautiful wedding venue with incredible service, I can't recommend Bartlett Hills enough. Evan and the staff made our dream wedding come true!

A dream to work with!!

My husband and I could not recommend Bartlett Hills Golf Club more! This was our one and only venue we toured a little over a year ago and it was the best decision! Evan and the whole staff were so kind, professional and accommodating. From the meetings/correspondence before the big day, to making our vision a reality with set up, helping the night run so smoothly, breaking down everything and so much more! If you are looking for an affordable all-inclusive venue this is it!!

Everything you could ask for in a wedding venue!

Having our wedding at Bartlett Hills could not have been a better choice! Their wedding packages offer everything you need for a super reasonable price! Evan made planning the event so easy and stress free. We really appreciated his level of communication and care. We were able to drop off all of our decorations the day before and everything was set up for us beautifully. We chose the casual package which has food stations instead of a traditional multif course meal and it was absolutely perfect for our event. The food was delicious and there was plenty enough for seconds or thirds. Overall the whole event was better than we could have ever imagined. We cannot thank Bartlett Hills enough for such a great experience.

Planning a wedding can be some very stressful time. At Bartlett Hills Golf Club,. Evan Blum – the Event Coordinator and his whole team of employees know how to make your day run seamlessly. Evan from the beginning had excellent communication, and was super flexible. He responded to emails promptly, answered all questions along the way, and made sure our wedding and reception went as smooth as possible. Throughout the entirety of the day, Evan and staff were readily available. We felt so taken care of. We cannot say enough about all of them. Our ceremony on the veranda was set up even better than we had imagined. We brought in some decore for the entrance and hen I walked in the venue, I was beyond impressed with how Evan and his team put everything together. Everything was set up way better than what I had pictured in my head. The food from the cocktails and dinner were excellent; Bartlett Hills did NOT disappoint. Guests still tell us they enjoyed the quality, and quantity of food they had throughout the entire night. We have such high regards for Evan and his team at Bartlett Hills Golf Club and can’t thank them enough!

Outstanding event coordinator and staff made for an unforgettable night!

When you start planning a wedding and you’ve never planned one before, you question if hiring a wedding coordinator is worth the money. At Bartlett Hills Golf Club, you will NOT need to add this extra expense. Evan Blum – the Event Coordinator and his whole team of employees know how to make your day run seamlessly. Evan from the beginning had excellent communication, and a plan for everything - he responded to emails promptly, answered all questions along the way, and made sure our wedding and reception went as smooth as possible. Throughout the entirety of the day, Evan and staff were readily available. We felt so taken care of. We cannot say enough about all of them.

Our ceremony on the veranda was set up even better than we had imagined. We purchased an arch flower kit, as well as chair covers with decorative bands for a pop of color. I didn’t get to see the veranda until the ceremony. So, when I walked out the double doors, I was beyond impressed with how Evan and his team put everything together. The same goes for our reception; decoration around the room and tables were set up better than what I had pictured in my mind.

For our cocktail hour, we had passed appetizers which were a huge hit. And for the dinner we chose the Casual Package to give us and our guests plenty of options; Bartlett Hills did NOT disappoint. Guests still tell us they enjoyed the variety, quality, and quantity of food they had throughout the entire night.

We have such high regards for Evan and his team at Bartlett Hills Golf Club and can’t thank them enough!

Perfect venue for our event!

We knew from the first visit that Bartlett Hills was the perfect venue for us! We had our belated wedding reception/anniversary party and Evan and his staff were just so amazing to work with. He made everything so seamless from all of the decisions we needed to make to all of the communication leading up to the big day. Any questions we had were responded to promptly and every little change we had, even during the event, Evan was able to handle with such professionalism and care. He even recommended an awesome DJ for us that we absolutely loved and were so grateful for the information as we were terrible with any sort of planning. Evan truly loves what he does and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help run our event.
The food is DELICIOUS. All of our guests were raving about the food we had picked out and were just loving the venue as a whole. We decided to choose the buffet style to make it a more relaxed setting and they even had little decorations for each station which was such a nice touch. We chose the 4 station option which was PLENTY of food for our 160 guests and it even came with passed hors d'oeuvres, a dessert table, and an open bar. We were allowed to bring some traditional desserts provided by some family members and the staff was so accommodating in displaying them when the time came. They even provided to-go boxes for the food and desserts for our guests to take home.
Before the party, golf carts were provided so we could take some pictures on the grounds and an assistant was with us the whole time to make sure we knew where to go and where all the best spots were.
As far as cost which I know is a huge factor in choosing venues, Bartlett Hills was the cheapest we found with more amenities so how can you look anywhere else! There is no venue fee and we only paid per person for the buffet food with hors d'oeuvres and open bar at no extra charge. Table centers with fresh flowers were also provided free of charge and their front room is already nicely decorated. Evan also stayed throughout the entire event to make sure everything ran smoothly so you don't even need a day of planner. We did choose a Sunday date during off season in April so we also got a discount as well as an extra hors d'oeuvre included.
I can't recommend this venue enough and know you will have an amazing time if you have your event here!

Stress-free Wedding Venue

Bartlett Hills is a fantastic wedding venue. Evan is the best wedding coordinator. He is professional, he is a great communicator, and he will help you each step of the way. The venue price includes a cake (extra cost if you want something more fancy but you get a huge cake!) and small floral arrangements for the tables which I thought were great perks. The overall cost is reasonable and the food is great! I have 3 suggestions for improvement. 1. You may want to consider hiring a new bartender. My guests complained that the lady who was bartending near the balcony was very rude. 2. My guests said that the music was extremely loud on the balcony side of the room but that might be a DJ issue. 3. It would be lovely if you had an outdoor space by grass and trees for a ceremony. Overall, we were very happy with hosting our wedding at Bartlett Hills and we would recommend it to others.

Wonderful event manager and the staff!

I cannot thank the team at this venue enough for making my wedding day an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning of the planning process, the event manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that my vision for the day was brought to life.

The staff at the venue were also exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to lend a hand. They made my guests feel welcome and ensured that everyone was comfortable throughout the event. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they truly went out of their way to make my wedding day a success.

The venue itself was stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views. It provided the perfect backdrop for my special day, and I couldn't have asked for a more romantic setting. The facilities were top-notch, and everything was maintained to a very high standard.

Overall, I cannot recommend this venue enough. The event manager and the staff truly exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a beautiful and memorable location to host your wedding, this venue should be at the top of your list.

Easy, Stress-Free, PERFECT

Working with Bartlett Hills Golf Club was the best wedding decision we made. We personally worked with Evan, who was fantastic from start to finish. Evan took the time to explain all details of the wedding packages. He was kind, knowledgable, and you could tell he really cares about making your vision come to life. He was available to answer any and all questions throughout the wedding planning process.

You get SO MUCH for your money at this venue. Our wedding package included passed hors d'oeuvres, a delicious dinner (bread, salad, soup, entree), the WEDDING CAKE (!!), sweets table, table linens, customized flower arrangements for the guest tables, open bar, champagne service for the head table, wine service for guest tables during dinner, and the use of their decorations for the foyer. On top of all that, I was able to drop off my own decorations a few days before the wedding and explain to Evan how I wanted everything to look. He labeled everything and the room was set up beautifully the day of the wedding. You also get to use golf carts to take pictures around the golf course the day of the wedding. My wedding party and I had a lot of fun driving around with our photographer and videographer. The staff even recommended places to take pictures. All of this was included in our wedding package. I don't know of any other venue that provides so much at such a reasonable price. Weddings are so expensive, but we were able to remain within budget thanks to all that is included with this venue.

Bartlett Hills Golf Club made everything stress-free from start to finish. They are professional, exceptional, and down-to-Earth people to work with. So many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had been to in years or even the best they had ever been to. I credit this to the wonderful service that Bartlett Hills Golf Club provides.

Thank you to Evan and all staff for making our wedding such a special day for us. We will never forget your kindness and the beautiful memories you helped to create! I'd highly recommend this venue to any and all brides. You won't regret it!

Amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great space, great food, and great service! The food was absolutely amazing from the sandwiches we had for getting ready to the dinner. We decided to go with the casual food experience and 10/10 recommend that! They had plenty of options to choose from and we were able to incorporate some of our favorite food. There’s absolutely nothing negative that I could say about this venue. Evan and his team did a fantastic job and I can’t thank them enough.

Best Day Ever!

We had our wonderful wedding at Bartlett Hills on December 10. The venue and staff were nothing short of amazing! Our wedding coordinators, Evan and Laura, wowed us from the minute we started our wedding planning process. They were super prompt and attentive to any questions or requests I had along the way. Our wedding day ran so smoothly with their help as they ensured every detail was perfect! We dropped off our decor a few days before the wedding and they set it up beautifully. It was better than I even imagined! They are truly 10/10 coordinators! Additionally, the venue and ballroom were absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony in front of the big windows and the pictures turned out amazing. I highly recommend Bartlett Hills to anyone planning a wedding! Their pricing is super reasonable and the package includes everything you need. The venue truly took away the stress of planning a beautiful wedding. Thank you Bartlett Hills!

Bartlett Hills Wedding 11/12/2022

I found Bartlett Hills on the App "The knot" as they were very highly rated on there. I emailed them and Evan very quickly responded to me. We set up a date to meet and I knew immediately this was the place I wanted to have my wedding at. I've been to multiple wedding venues at this point and none were like Bartlett Hills. This venue included nearly everything I needed for my wedding and that is a hard thing to come by! Evan was very communicative and responded promptly whenever I reached out and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Come wedding day everything went perfectly without any issues at all. It was the most beautiful wedding (I may be biased.) I have and will continue to recommend Bartlett Hills Golf Club to anyone for any reason. 10/10.

Best Venue Ever!!

Evan and Laura are the best wedding planning duo you could find! So easy to work with and they made the entire process of planning a wedding elegantly easy. They were able to help us make this wedding our own. We asked for a lot of customization and all we heard back was, “of course we can do that for you”. Wedding Day at Bartlett Hills

My husband and just got married at this venue on June 5th. We have so many amazing things to say not only about the venue but the people working here. First, the venue is beautiful and had easy parking. It also included so many things in the package for a reasonable price. We had our ceremony outside and then came inside for the reception. There are big beautiful windows and we were able to take pictures outside. Evan Blum, our event director was AMAZING and his team too! I remember being so stressed out and emailing him about little details and he answered right away and never made me feel like a bother. Evan was made for this job. Chaz and I kept saying how we had the perfect wedding and how Evan was on top of things. We forgot to get flowers for our cake we bought from our favorite bakery (our fault) and someone came up to me and said "There are supposed to be flowers for your cake that aren't here, but don't worry we just need your permission and Evan will decorate it." Seriously took so much stress away! And the cake came out beautiful. We were also laughing about how Chaz told Evan he needed a mint before our first kiss and he came out with a whole altoids box. I will recommend Bartlett Hills Golf Club & Banquets to anyone and Chaz and I now have a place to hold any future events. Soooo grateful.

Wonderful Wedding Day

We got married at Bartlett Hills this March. We had the best time and could not of asked for a better day! Evan and Laura were great! Evan was always quick to answer all of my crazy questions and get back to me so quickly. They did a wonderful job setting up the space to be exactly how I imagined my wedding day! A gorgeous venue with amazing staff!

Bartlett Hills Golf Club was a gorgeous venue for my Christmas wedding. Evan, Laura and staff were professional and extremely helpful.
Evan guided me through the entire planning process which, as a bride, eliminated so much stress from planning a wedding on my own.
I would highly recommend Bartlett Hills for you wedding ceremony and/or reception. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more!

Amazing place for bridal shower!

I had an amazing time at my bridal shower and my friends and family enjoyed everything as well. Evan went above and beyond to make sure the event ran smoothly and that all the details of the decoration turned out as I requested. He was super attentive and responsive, flexible and helpful! ✨ Are so happy with the service and we will definitely recommend this venue.

Highly Recommend

Evan and everyone at Bartlett Hills GC were more than helpful and amazing to work with. In my situation there were some bumps in the road like completely having to change our wedding date, and with covid being a factor, this could’ve been super stressful, but was made easy with Evans help and communication. I would highly recommend having an event here because everyone is so friendly, genuine, and great to work with!! It was a beautiful wedding.

Perfect! Couldn’t be better!

Our ceremony and reception were at Bartlett Hills and were incredible. The wedding coordinator, Evan, is nothing short of outstanding. The venue is gorgeous and Evan is there every step of the way to make sure things go smoothly. A quick visit to the Bartlett Hills website will show you how much their wedding packages include (it’s very generous) and they made planning easier than I could have imagined. They have a bridal suite and grooms locker room with locking doors so we were able to get ready there, take “before” pictures, and keep our valuables secure throughout the day. They are incredibly accommodating and I can’t recommend them highly enough! And again, Evan is an absolute delight and will ensure your day and everything leading up to it is flawless.
I also used only vendors recommended by Bartlett Hills and was delighted with every single one of them! The vendors I chose all had great relations ships with Bartlett Hills, knew the facility well, and contributed to our beautiful day perfectly. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing!

Flawless Experience with Bartlett Hills

We got married at Bartlett Hills on October 30 and had the most amazing wedding - I could not recommend this venue enough! Evan and Laura were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were very responsive and accommodating and never made me feel like I was being a burden (despite me having tons of questions and requests). Everything looked absolutely beautiful the day of the wedding! Our guests have all been raving about how gorgeous the venue was and how great the food was. Overall, Bartlett Hills gave us the perfect wedding and we are so happy that we booked with them!

Amazing!!!

I absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Bartlett Hills! We had originally scheduled our wedding for June 20, 2020......then covid happened! They were extremely flexible with helping us change the date. July 17, 2021 finally came! Everything was perfect! The food was amazing and the decor was beautiful! Evan, Laura, the bartenders, the chef, and the servers all did a great job! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! It was stress free and everyone was so friendly! I can not thank you guys enough! I will 100% recommend this venue every chance I get!

Loved Bartlett Hills!!!

I cannot recommend Bartlett Hills enough. Evan and his team were beyond fantastic, attending to literally my husband's and my every need in every stage of the wedding, from planning to suggesting vendors to everything the evening of. Every food allergy was handled without any issue, and Evan worked so closely with us to ensure we had the most wonderful night. We had 175 guests, which fit just right in the space. Cozy, warm, and perfect for a winter wedding.

So easy and delightful!

This venue is amazing!!! Evan and the staff here are super attentive and make sure that they capture every detail that you tell them. It was so nice to have a one stop shop for our Wedding. They provided linens, food, liquor, and the cake. They also pointed us toward a great dj and hotel that had a shuttle service to and from their venue. The best part was that they put everything up for us and took everything down so that at the end of the night we could just get some sleep. The staff was very friendly and the venue space is beautiful. I received many compliments from my guests on the food, service, and cake. (So much so that some of our friends are considering getting married at this venue as well) The only thing that was a little inconvenient was taking pictures on the golf course. We had beautiful weather, which meant that golfers were out so we had to stop taking pictures every few seconds so that golfers could play. I wish I would have known this so that I could of had my photographer take pictures elsewhere, but other than that, everything was perfect! (And luckily I had a flexible photographer who was still able to get great pics). Overall, I would highly recommend this venue! They were very attentive, had great staff, easily provided everything for the wedding, and had amazing food! Thank you so much to Evan and his staff at Bartlett Hills!

Dream wedding reception at Bartlett Hills

We had our wedding reception at Bartlett Hills Golf Club & Banquets this past October and we are so thankful that we found this place. Evan Blum and team went above and beyond to help us create our dream wedding reception! Whenever we had questions (which was often 😊 ) Evan answered them right away and was very patient with us. When we had special or unique requests, he happily obliged. We dropped off a FULL carload of decorations the week of the wedding and Evan and team took care of setting it all up and everything looked stunning! It made it very stress-free for us! They also took care of the clean up and packed up all our things. They didn’t require that we take the decorations home with us that night which was helpful because that was the last thing we wanted to worry about on our wedding night! I cannot say enough good things about Evan. He was very professional yet warm and is great at his job! The food was delicious! Chef Dustin is amazing! He did a fantastic job creating delicious dishes for our guests with food sensitivities and his food presentation is beautiful! The price is very reasonable for Bartlett Hill especially considering all that is included. I definitely recommend Bartlett Hill Golf Club and Banquets!

We loved our experience working with Bartlett’s team!!

We had the best experience working with Bartlett. We visited and toured a dozen venues before finding Bartlett. They were an incredible value and quality venue. We were determined to get married at a golf course/club for the aesthetics of their grounds but were deterred by the high prices we were finding elsewhere. Bartlett was a one-stop-shop venue which is exactly what we were looking for, but they also had ala carte options and flexibility to make your wedding truly your own. The food was all delicious and I didn’t hear any post-wedding complaints from any of our guests about receiving incorrect meal options, cold food, not enough food, etc. The head chef is wonderful and Evan, the wedding coordinator, and his team were patient with our rowdy bunch. I will highly recommend Bartlett to anyone I can for various events but especially weddings!!!

Attentive, professional and amazing!

Bartlett Hills was such an amazing venue we loved it so much! They took care of literally everything for us. We arrived in the morning and got ready on site with all of my bridesmaids in the huge bridal suite, there is even a mini fridge so you can bring food and champagne. We did all of our photos there on the huge grounds and they were stunning. Evan and his team treat you like total VIPs and take care of everything. They decorated the arch and outdoor ceremony site for us and it was so gorgeous. They also handled all of the table decorations, lighting, the cake and everything in between I didnt have to worry about anything. We even had an issue with my uncle and his family cancelling a few days before due to his cancer treatment, and then day of he felt well enough to attend and on such short notice Evan accommodated them with no issues it was so nice and made me feel so happy that they were able to have a meal too. Evan made sure everything ran on time and coordinated with our DJ. The room at night is stunning. we had so many compliments about the venue and decor and people still mention to us how beautiful our wedding was. This was 100% due to Evan and his team looking out for us and going above and beyond. I had just started a new job before my wedding and it was so nice to leave all of the details to Evan's team. The food was outstanding, we had the poblano soup, salad and champagne chicken. We had so many compliments about the food. The wedding cake blew me away, we are actually eating a piece every month on our anniversary and I look forward to that cake slice all month! If you are looking for a top notch wedding venue and team that is on budget look no further. Evan and his team will treat you like a princess and make sure everything is perfect for your day. They work with all of your vendors so that you dont have to manage the day of logistics. It is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them and really just felt this was the best day ever for me and my husband. Thank you Bartlett Hills!

Beautiful venue

The venue was beautiful. It was so easy working with Evan. He understood everything we wanted and hit the nail on the head! The scenery is just perfect. Everyone seemed to have a great time. My only issue is they need a better bartender. He didn't know how to make several drinks. It seemed like they just selected someone from their staff to do it, not an actual bartender. But in the grand scheme of things, that wasn't a huge deal. Really it's about the location, the photos, friends, family and the experience and memories. I highly recommend Bartlett Hills!

Exceeded my expectations!

Evan and Laura at Bartlett Hills Golf Club went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and the changes as they happened. The chef was perfect! His food was outstanding quality and our guests loved it! The decor and center pieces were beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Amazing experience and stress free!

Evan and his assistant were amazing! They made the whole process so easy and stress free. Even always responded to emails quickly and was extremely helpful. The food was great and the venue was gorgeous. It rained on our wedding day but we were still able to take pictures outside on a covered balcony. Ease and Peace of Mind

Evan and the team completely had things under control and communicated this throughout the entire experience! There was an issue in booking our date but they were alongside us each step of the way and made up for it x10. Best Wedding Venue

AMAZING!! My husband and I had our wedding here over Memorial Day weekend and we were beyond impressed. Evan and his team truly went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure everything was perfect. They recently updated the bridal suite and it was perfect for us girls to get ready in. Easily fit 5 bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, and myself, plus 3 stylists. The grounds of the golf club were stunning and very well kept. We received many compliments on the food as well. We were blown away with Bartlett Hills and cannot thank them enough for helping us execute a perfect wedding!

Excellent venue

My husband I were very impressed by Evan and Bartlett Hills. They went above and beyond for our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased. The tables and all the decorations looked amazing! They made roses from the napkins. It was stunning! Evan was very responsive to our needs. The grounds are beautiful and make for amazing photos! The bride's room was updated earlier this year and was gorgeous though may not fit a large bridal party. The food was amazing - I received so many comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the meal. We are so glad we chose Bartlett Hills for our wedding!

Let me start with the fact that my wedding is not for another 10 weeks but I felt compelled to write a review about our experience so far! I will write another after the wedding as well.

We booked our venue for November 2018 in May 2017 and I have been in constant communication with the Bartlett Hills coordinator, Mary, ever since we signed the contract. She has been absolutely wonderful! She answers all of my questions and concerns promptly even when we were 1.5 years away from the big day! She has sent me flower choices, photos of past events, referred vendors and more. She gives me quotes when I ask and she even gave us a special offer for booking our rehearsal dinner through her. She's truly invested in each wedding in a way that makes you feel special.

We just had our taste test and the food was AMAZING. The chef came out to speak with us after each course, gave guidance and even crafted special meals to cater to my food intolerances. If you or any of your guests have dietary restrictions, I promise you the chef will take great care.

Overall, we couldn't be more excited to host our wedding reception at Bartlett Hills Golf Club. The venue is gorgeous and the staff are excellent, You will be hard pressed to find a better venue at a better price anywhere in the Chicagoland area!

My husband and I had our wedding here in October 2017 - and it was a really great experience!

Mary was amazing - she was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient (even when we showed up late to our tasting because I'd accidentally put the wrong time in my calendar)!

Her assistant, Evan, was also super helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better team of folks! Mary was there the day of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly which was so great.

Mary and Evan really made the planning experience painless. We chose Bartlett Hills because it was basically a one-stop shop, and was one of the most reasonably priced venues we found.

It helps that the food was DELICIOUS! I heard their late night snacks were also great, though I was too busy dancing to try them!

I also want to give a shout-out to Trinity (or a something similar - I'm so sorry for not remembering!)! They seriously went above and beyond! They were SO attentive - even protecting us from golf balls while we were taking pictures on the golf course :) Not to mention that they found some vegan ice cream for a few of our guests (which was totally unexpected)! Also - and most amazingly - they literally went through the trash to find our handwritten wedding vows that we'd thought were mistakenly thrown away when the tables were cleared. It turned out that a well-meaning family member had actually moved them, but that is a gesture we will honestly never forget.

I would definitely recommend Bartlett Hills to anyone planning a wedding!

We had our wedding here on 1/6/18 and I was beyond impressed with Mary and her staff. Mary made ironing out the details of my big day so simple and easy. Every time I reached out with a question she was quick to respond. The entire planning process went smoothly and she accommodated me when I wanted to make some last minute changes after the deadline. Mary has great attention to detail and made all my Pinterest dreams come alive on my big day. My guests raved about the food and the overall appearance of the venue. We fell in love with Bartlett Hills on our first visit. Whereas most venues started off by providing us with their packages and pricing, the first question Mary asked us was how we envisioned our wedding day and the ways in which Bartlett Hills could help make that vision come to life. Wedding planning was so much easier with Mary and Evan. We had the flexibility to personalize the space with our own decor (which Mary set up for us day of), the food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Although Bartlett Hills hosts weddings on a weekly basis, the communication and attention that you will experience from this team makes you feel like yours is the only event they are focusing on. We received so much positive feedback from our guests after the wedding and would highly recommend Bartlett Hills to anyone looking for the perfect venue to complete your day.

My husband and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Mary and Evan for our Earth Day wedding ceremony and reception at Bartlett Hills on April 22, 2017. They were so friendly, accommodating, and resourceful.

We signed our Bartlett Hills contract with Mary 20+ months in advance, and she was patient, considerate and accommodating with all of our questions and requests throughout the process. We also loved that everything important to us was included in the package: decent liquors, delicious food, a perfect wedding cake and even some décor and guest table flowers.

Mary was flexible to and open to ideas, while adding her own expertise into the process to help us create our vision. At our request, she arranged custom-made menu and cake choices as well as “his” and “her” signature cocktails. The tasting setup was so sophisticated and fun! The homemade soups are incredible (we chose cream of asparagus). And for our entrees, we chose a Vegetable Wellington with Basil Cream Sauce, Sautéed Chicken Marsala, and Grilled Salmon with Herbed Breadcrumbs.

We brought all of our décor during our rehearsal dinner with instructions on where to place everything and Mary went above and beyond the call of duty to set everything up in the most perfect fashion—a huge stress relief!

We lucked out with great weather on our wedding day and were able to have the most beautiful and perfect ceremony on the patio. Bartlett Hills permitted us to include our dog in our wedding procession, which was very important to us. Mary and Evan were also extremely helpful to our vendors.

Most of our guests commented afterward that our day was the most exquisite and fun they had ever been to, and they’d never had better food at a wedding. I think that’s a pretty big deal considering our guests were ages 30 thru 87!

Mary and her team at Bartlett Hills truly created a perfect day for us… we couldn’t have dreamt for more or better!

My wedding at Bartlett Hills turnout out to be perfect. The venue was gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Mary was very helpful and flexible with helping plan and coordinate everything for our special day. For any brides that have no idea where to start- Mary is great to help point you in the right direction and give you creative ideas. I knew exactly what I wanted and how and Mary executed it all as I had envisioned. It's so hard to believe that day has already come and gone, but you won't regret picking the venue for your wedding. I'm biased, but our wedding colors worked out great for this venue, black and wine and the string lights. Such amazing memories- definitely recommend. Everyone raved about the food as well, so that made us happy since people tend to be picky about food.

I love Bartlett Hills Golf Club and Banquets! Mary, the event coordinator, was such an amazing and calming person to work with. I put all my faith in Mary and she really made me so happy! The food was delicious, the service was great, the view was awesome! Evan was also an amazing guy who helped us at the end of our party. He was so nice and made us feel so assured that we really did choose the right place for my sons Christening party! All my guests were so amazed at how beautiful everything looked (thank you Mary). I just had my wedding at Bartlett Hills Golf Club on Friday, May 27, 2016. I was very impressed with the staff's professionalism, the smooth transitions and the attention to detail. Everything looked just as I had imagined it to look (minus the rain causing our ceremony to be inside). Mary (the wedding coordinator) was fantastic. She was always very responsive to my messages and made sure that everything was perfect for my big day. Planning my wedding was a process because my husband is active duty military and we are stationed very far away, but wanted the wedding to be close to home for our families. Mary and the rest of the staff were very accommodating as far as making sure to call at appropriate times and arranging a tasting with our parents instead of us. They never missed a beat. i could not have asked for a more beautiful and stress free wedding day. Thank you to Bartlett Hills - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful view and a day to remember.

If you are considering Bartlett Hills for your wedding reception, I would highly recommend the venue. The food was excellent and there is a large menu for you to choose from. The venue pays careful attention to dietary needs and restrictions and was able to provide every single one of my guests with a delicious meal that met their needs. Another reason why this venue is special is because it includes the cake AND flowers. You are provided with a variety of choices when it comes to both your cake and flowers and you have an opportunity to carefully choose options that meet your vision for your wedding. Finally, Mary (the coordinator) is a joy to work with. She gave me peace of mind and I completely trusted her to put together all of my last minute details for the wedding. She came through in every single way. I can't say enough good things about her and the venue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I haven't even had my wedding yet, and every single time I have dealt with anyone at BHGC, they have been amazing! Mary, the event coordinator really knows her stuff, and is as nice as can be.

She really helped bring my vision to life, and has been great with responding to the million questions I have asked! She, and the entire staff have been great with all of my vendors!

I cannot wait until my actual wedding when everything comes together!

We booked Bartlett Hills for our wedding and it was incredible! Mary was very easy going and took care of everything, which was especially helpful at the beginning of planning when my husband and I lived out of state. It was a beautiful location and my every need was met!

Our experience was amazing. I still rave about the service we received and it was over 5 years ago. Mary G. Was great and catered to our every need. She made everything beautiful and extra special. We had a candy station and she said she would set the table up and to say set up was an understatement! The value is great and the service is top notch.

I decided to transplant a Jewish-Russian wedding into Bartlett Hills Golf Course.

Most typically, these types of weddings are done either at a Russian restaurant (where all the food is served family style, and the wedding is led in the East-coast-style) or at a kosher-approved hotel where the staff are very familiar with the religious traditions (such as the special pre-wedding ceremony). Clearly, Bartlett Hills is neither of these places, but they did an AMAZING job pulling off this wedding. Mary (the coordinator) and her staff literally took the wedding I had in my head, and brought it to life. Both the ceremony balcony and the hall looked beautiful, and the day went extremely smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about the logistics of ANYTHING, since Mary and her staff had it all under control.

From the very first inquiry that I submitted to Mary, she has been INCREDIBLY responsive. I sent her an insane amount of emails throughout the whole wedding-planning process, and I never had to wait for more than a day or two to hear a response back. Sometimes she even responded within minutes. And through all of this Mary was so patient with me, despite my constant updates to the timeline, the special requests, the food selections, and even the chairs.

Speaking of food - I still have guests still complimenting me on the beef and salmon that they got to enjoy at dinner. Also, it is nice is that BH is fine with you choosing your own vendor if you need to accommodate special food requests for some of the guests (e.g. kosher). The only thing to keep in mind is that their kitchen isquite small, so whatever food you might need to order in must be delivered warm, as they cannot fit more staff besides their own in their kitchen.

Ultimately, Bartlett Hills is a wonderful choice for a wedding venue. The location is beautiful, it offers an excellent value for what you actually get, and it has wonderful staff to take care of all of your unique wedding desires.

Bartlett Hills was the most perfect location for our wedding! The setting is gorgeous, no matter what season you decide to marry. Working with Mary was such a treat. She was so gracious and patient throughout the entire planning process. She was quick to answer questions and was genuinely excited and happy for us. Also, the food is amazing! You can really tell that everything is made fresh-my guests are still talking about it. Bartlett staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Mary and Bartlett Hills. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special.

Mary and her staff did an amazing job of making our wedding PERFECT! Everything from the ceremony cite, to how the tables were set up was just great.

Our dinners were delicious and tasted just as they did at our tasting. The staff was friendly and personable.
The decor was beautiful and our cake was incredible.

I was very impressed with how flexable Bartlett Hills was with making things personalized to our tastes. There wasn't anything that Mary couldn't do for us!

The golf course was great for all of our wedding photos, and they definitely came out beautiful!

We hosted our wedding reception at Bartlett Hills in June 2013. We looked at several halls, but ultimately chose Bartlett Hills because it offered us the best value for our money while still allowing us to have a unique and personalized reception. It is also an ideal location for a summer wedding as the reception hall overlooks the pond on the golf course and there is a walkaround porch for guests to enjoy drinks outside.

Mary was excellent to work with every step of the way. She went out of her way to accomodate our requests and provided guidance and insight when necessary.

From appetizers to dessert, the food at the reception was excellent. The guests all raved about the quality of the food, and the staff took special consideration for vegan meals and other special dietary restrictions that my guests had. Staff was very responsive and available throughout the night as well.

Overall, Bartlett Hills is an ideal place to host a wedding as it excels in quality, service, aesthetics and affordability.

We had our reception at Bartlett Hills on 6/23/2012 and had a great experience! The venue is gorgeous with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and little pond with a fountain. We had many guests compliment us how how nice the venue was. Being able to use the outside veranda for cocktail hour and during the night is a great touch. The food was very good and the cake very moist. Having 2 bars, one with 2 servers, was great. There was never a line to get drinks. Working with Mary throughout the year leading up to the wedding was also fantastic. She was very responsive and helpful with all the questions we had, and there were a lot. On the night of the wedding Mary and Evan, and the entire staff were great, and really made the evening a smooth process.

Mary was great! She was very flexible with our ideas and planning and made sure everything was in its place and ready to go on the big day. The venue is beautiful and looks especially picturesque in the photos from the event.
The food was delicious and looked beautiful as well. As bride and groom, we had our own personal waiter and it was great to grab him if we ever wanted something while we mingled with guests. Overall, highly recommended!

I'm so thankful that I listened to the reviews on BHGC. Throughout the planning process, Mary was amazing at answering the gazillion questions I had. She was always sweet, excited for me, and never got annoyed or impatient. If Mary wasn't available, Evan was there to answer questions, and he was just as nice and helpful!

Our tasting was so much fun. We got to try many different options to pick our perfect dinner. We decided to not go with the cake that was included in the package, so instead, we were able to use that towards a midnight snack, bonus!! I just thought that was so great of them ;-)

Leading up to the wedding, I had a lot of last minute changes, and Mary and Evan worked with me to make sure everything was perfect (they are angels I tell you!).

On the day of the wedding, the room was absolutely stunning! I wanted to have a warm, cozy, fall wedding, and that's exactly what I got at BHGC. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course with the colorful trees, beautiful pond and the sunset...just breathtaking. I cannot wait until we get our photos back!

We received a lot of compliments on the food at our dinner. The homemade soups and sauces are wonderful. I had planned on taking leftovers from our midnight snack back to the hotel after the wedding, but even the sliders and pizza were so good, everything was gone!! ;-)

The server we had at the head table was awesome! My husband, myself and our whole bridal party (16 all together) never had an empty glass! I have to mention the bar tenders as well, they were soooo friendly!! Usually that's not something I notice at a wedding, but they were just so sweet, kind and made great drinks! Nobody was complaining about weak drinks, that's for sure! haha

Do yourself a favor and check them out before you pick your wedding venue, you will not be disappointed!!

My experience with Bartlett Hills was wonderful! Mary provided the utmost in accommodation of all my wishes with so many little details that added a very personal and warm touch. The physical environment was truly beautiful. Everything I wanted and more! The food stations were great and presentation was near perfection. We just got married this past weekend. It was gorgeous! My one requirement for a wedding venue was that it have windows. I didn't want to be in a room and have no idea what time it was outside. Boy did I get my location. This place is all windows! Our reception started at 5PM (cocktail hour) and by dinner at 8PM we had the most beautiful sunset background.

I can't say enough about Mary, the venue coordinator, she is extremely responsive, (e-mail - love that! and phone calls). She worked with us to have the reception the way we wanted (East Coast style - dancing before dinner and in between things) as well as with the DJ on the night of to make sure that we got everything in and on time.

The only bummer is that the bridal room is in the women's bathroom, so groomsmen can't go in there. We were luckily done with her pictures and could attend our cocktail hour but otherwise there was no where for us to "hang-out" before being officially announced. Not a big deal but something to know.

Highly recommended! My guests are still talking about the night and said that this ranks right up there with every NY wedding they have ever been to (this is huge for them!)

My husband is in the military and was only able to do tastings during his leave, Mary worked with us every step of the way and made the wedding planning process less stressful. The food was excellent, the hall was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and so awesome. We had a great time and would recommend this venue to anyone!!!

My husband and I wanted a venue where we can have a ceremony, take outside pictures, and have a reception all in one location and BHGC was it! This place is beautiful, especially for our October wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better day!

Mary and her staff are excellent. They are professional and friendly! Mary was quick to respond to emails and was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The serving staff and bartenders were very pleasant too and took care of everyone.

The way Mary and her staff set up our decor for the ceremony and reception room was amazingly beautiful. We are still receiving compliments on how beautiful it was. Another plus to BHGC is that your wedding is the only one there and you are not sharing it with another wedding - yay!

Our wedding at BHGC was truly a great experience and we loved every minute of it. Thanks!

Bartlett Hills Golf Club provided an amazing experience for my wedding! My husband and I had our reception there on June 11, 2011. We could not have asked for a better experience from day one. Mary was extremely helpful and focused on what I truly envisioned my reception to be like. The room looked beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, the cake looked great and tasted even better, and the staff was very welcoming and professional. When we found out we were having less guests than we originally thought, they were completely accommodating and allowed us to add items to the contract to make up for the cost difference. Also, my husband and the rest of the guys golfed the morning of the wedding and had a wonderful time. I would recommend this venue to any bride!

We got married July 3, 2011. It was amazing! I was looking for a non-cookie cutter venue, and the ceiling-size windows with the full view of the woods and fields just entranced me. We were also looking for a venue that was equidistant from my family in the north suburbs, my husband's family in the west suburbs, and our friends in the city.

Mary, the venue coordinator, is extremely helpful. She responds to e-mails quickly, is very supportive of brides, and works with your dj to make everything run smoothly. The staff was amazing, very quick and friendly.

We got tons of compliments about our location, and how pretty it is.

You get a lot more for your money than you would in the city and many other suburbs. You get food, open bar, white chair covers, centerpieces, white chair ties, and cake.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the bridal room is in the women's bathroom, so groomsmen can't go in there. The guests walk through the reception room to go to the veranda for the outdoor ceremony. I would recommend delegating some ushers (even if you weren't planning on ushers for the ceremony), just to corall the guests.

Beautiful setting, excellent food, wonderful staff. I recommend BHGC for a user-friendly, enjoyable, gorgeous wedding.

Mary and her staff at Bartlett Hills help my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside on the patio but was rained out. They created such an intimate, romantic and cozy atmosphere in the ballroom for the wedding ceremony that I think the wedding was actually better inside than it would have been outside! The wait staff were friendly and efficient and really catered to the head table and parents table. The food is AMAZING!!! We had a hard time choosing at our tasting because everything we tried was so good! Mary is awesome! She is very responsive to emails and helped us create a beautiful wedding. She's great at what she does and my husband and I cannot say enough good things about her and the service she provided.

The venue itself is beautiful with the lush green golf course and large ballroom. The ceilings have wooden beams and the windows are large to let in a ton of natural light and a great view of the scenery. It was the perfect sized space to have fun and give people enough room. Our guests also liked the option to hang out on the patio during the recption for some fresh air.

Mary and the staff at Bartlett Hills did a wonderful job of making our wedding day stress-free. They provided us with detailed information on when everything was due and took care of all of the major (and minor) details our wedding day. Mary was very responsive and even answered my e-mails late at night. I felt very confident on my wedding day that everything would go as planned and I was not disappointed. Bartlett Hills Golf Club was a perfect location for our wedding. Not only did it have amazing scenery outside, the inside was absolutely beautiful as well with all the architectural detail and the beautiful decorations. We were also looking for a hall that had an outdoor area for the smokers in our family. Bartlett Hills Golf Club has verandas around the hall which provided the smokers the convenience of an outdoor smoking area as well as the ability to still be part of the wedding.
Another nice thing about BHGC was the all inclusive package. We had our decorations including chair covers, centerpieces and ceremony details all included in the price...not to mention the amazing food, the awesome three tier three layer cake and the unlimited bar package. We were very happy with the value and the quality we received. Mary was awesome and helped us make our wedding day everything we had hoped for. We got so many compliments on our venue!!! It far exceeded our expectations.

From the ceremony to the reception, Bartlett Hills Golf Club is the way to go. We had an AMAZING time at our wedding and our guests did as well. The staff, specifically Mary, was on top of their game and catered to our every need. The ceremony was flawless, the delivery of our meals, drinks, you name it...not one complaint! Bartlett Hills GC is a beautifully hidden treasure. All of our guests commented on the amazing food and decor along with the unforgetable background for amazing pictures. Mary Gearhart was our wedding coordinator at Bartlett Hills Golf Course for both the outdoor ceremony and the reception. She was very well organized, warm, and accommodating. For all of the meetings during the planning stage, she welcomed all 3 sets of parents because of blended families. She took all of my ideas as a starting point, and was able to add flare and polish that I didn't have the time or presence of mind for. The day of the event, she was on top of all the minor changes and mishaps that may occur with an event of this size. She was so capable and aware that I did not worry about any of the decisions that came up last minute that couldn't have been foreseen. Without her, several minor hiccups could have turned into major disasters. Instead our wedding was perfect, and we couldn't have hoped for better! What a great way to start a new life together:)

I am so happy we chose Bartlett Hills for our wedding reception. It was wonderful to work with Mary; she was very organized with my information and responded right away to my last minute requests and changes the week of the wedding! I really appreciated how Mary took care of every detail of the reception, including the cake and the table centerpieces (two things that are often not included in banquet wedding packages). The food was DELICIOUS and the room was beautifully decorated with the flowers I got to pick out at our tasting. I would gladly recommend Bartlett Hills to anyone planning a wedding!

From the 1st day we 1st walked in to Bartlet Hills it was wonderful. Mary is the best planner ever!!!
She will email you right away, she will call you back asap!! She was so flexible. The food was delicious
Let me tell you about the cake, it has been almost a wk after my wedding and family members are asking me
if I have left overs. It was so goooooood! I had a photobooth and Mary found the perfect spot for it. My DJ had special
lighting and Mary had everything ready. My tasting was the best, my parents had a blast. The decor was awesome,
booking with Bartlett Hills equals no worries!!!

Mary Gearhart and the staff @ Bartlett Hills are wonderful. From the very first call I made to inquire about their facility until the last minutes of the reception they were courteous, informative and flexible. The grounds are breathtaking, the room was decorated beautifully, the food was exceptional and plentiful and the waitstaff, bartenders, busboys were all very attentive. It was one stop shopping - Hall, flowers, food, wedding cake. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Bartlett Hills Golf Club.

Bartlett Hills was an amazing place for us to have our wedding reception!! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. The planning phase was made so easy because their wedding coordinator Mary was so easy to work with. She alwasys got back to me the same day when I sent her emails with questions and worked so hard to make our day exactly what we wanted. The property looked beautiful the day of inside and out. The staff was amazing the food was great I couldn't have asked for a better location for our reception!!!

Bartlett provides a beautiful location, with excellent staff and food, at an affordable price! Our package included beautiful table flowers, a delicious entree, tasty cake from a popular bakery, and an open bar. Even more important, Bartlett only books one event for the day, so our wedding had the full attention of the staff, unlike other venues. Also, our wedding ceremony was set up in a separate room, which, after the ceremony, was turned into the dance floor (again, unlike other locations). We couldn't have asked for anything more. Barlett made my wedding dreams come true!

Bartlett Hills surpassed our our expectations by far. From the initial visit, to the tasting to the big day Mary and the staff at Bartlett Hills were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional. Mary suggested we bring pictures from past family weddings to display on the mantel and in the foyer to better personalize our event which we did. She created a magical atmosphere with the addition of candles and flower petals. The view of the golf course behind the head table created a terrific back drop for pictures. The guests thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the balconies overlooking the course and a fountain which added a relaxing ambience. The staff began serving appetizers and then dinner right on time, and kept the wedding on schedule so that there was plenty of time for dancing. Jamie and Pete (bride and groom) were so impressed with the staff that served them. Before they could request a drink one was already being brought to them. Everyone was so friendly, and Mary smiled through out the event and was always available. We are so thrilled we chose this venue which was key in making our children's wedding a dream come true. My wedding reception was as I had always dreamed it would be at Bartlett Hills Golf Club! The set-up the room was exactly as I wanted, and it turned out beautifully. The grounds provided my husband and me with a wonderful backdrop for pictures. The food was delicious, and my guests kept complimenting us on how good everything was. The sweet table seemed to be an especially big hit. Mary, the wedding coordinator, was wonderful. She was very professional and was patient and prompt in responses to my many questions throughout the planning process. The service on the day of the wedding was excellent. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable for all Bartlett Hills has to offer. I would highly recommend Bartlett Hills as a wonderful place to have your wedding reception.

If you're looking for a cozy room with big windows and a comfortable atmosphere, Bartlett Hills is the place for you! Coordinator Mary Gearhart is wonderful! She will help you every step of the way and make sure you have nothing to worry about on your day. She responded to all my emails and phone calls promptly, and took great care when first showing us the room and again for our tasting. Bartlett Hills was very accomodating when our guest list fell shorter than expected, and the service was outstanding! Our waiter at the head table made sure we were always taken care of, and sent us home with a bottle of champagne. The food and cake were excellent and the bar tender made our open bar well, well worth it. The centerpieces and decorations throughout the room were perfect and completely fulfilled our vision. All of our guests can't stop talking about how wonderful Bartlett Hills was. It won't disappoint!

All I can say is WOW-they were so personable and made me feel that I didn't have to worry or stress about anything. Everything was exceptional: friendly & professional service, great food/hot & timely, all my details carried out to the "tee", ha ha. It was absolutely my fairy tale reception. I will be highly recommending Bartlett Hills for a long time to come.

I had my wedding reception at Bartlett Hills Golf Club on August 24, 2013. My fiancé, my parents, and I worked with Mary Gearhart and Evan every step of the way throughout entire planning process for the reception. I loved working w/ Mary! She listened to our ideas and always replied very promptly to my calls and to all my emails. I loved how friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful she was. The wedding reception package @ BHGC was excellent! Every detail was thought of and covered. We made many changes to our menu and decor and Mary was fantastic to accommodate all our changes and revisions. The entire staff at Bartlett Hills made my wedding reception wonderful. The food, cake, decor, atmosphere, table arrangements -- everything was perfect and flawless. And the food was very delicious! BHGC was a beautiful place to have my reception. My husband and I took our pictures on the golf course during sunset and the other vendors we used spoke very highly of Mary and her team at BH. Just a wonderful venue to have a wedding reception!!
