If you want to make the most of your wedding flower budget; then I suggest keeping the Altar flowers simple and minimal; such as using fresh greens and a few loosely placed flowers to surround the Unity Candle.  You and the bridal party will be standing in front of it and beautifully decorating the front of the church or wedding site.  Place the flowers on pews or chairs to create an entrance where they can be seen up-close and enjoyed by all those passing by.  They can then be used at the reception on the Head Bridal table, Escort card table, Buffet or Cocktail tables.
