I’ve been a loyal fan of Laura’s work for over a decade! We got married in June and I still receive comments from guests about how beautiful all of our floral pieces were on our big day. What I especially love about working with Laura is how easily she understood my vision. I felt like she barely needed any direction and trusted her to do an amazing job, which she did! I wanted bright colors, tropical nods to my Filipino heritage, and to appeal to the whimsy my husband wanted (he specifically asked for the wedding to look like Bilbo Baggins birthday party). Laura found the perfect solution to those big asks. A true artist! Highly recommend her to everyone I meet.

Laura absolutely knocked it out of the park for our mid-September wedding at Excelsior in Lancaster. My husband and I were pretty clueless about florals and had no particular preferences for specific flowers or colors. We only knew we wanted to keep it seasonal and light. Somehow, Laura took that information and my Pinterest board and made magic happen. I even had to make some changes during our last scheduled call (my mom wanted to avoid majority white floral arrangements due to superstition) and she received my requests with grace and cultural sensitivity. Laura was amazing from start to finish, even helping us donate the remaining florals to a nearby nursing facility since we’re from out of town and couldn’t take the flowers with us at the end of the night. The day truly wouldn’t have happened without Laura and her assistant Libby. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Laura to make your wedding floral vision come to life!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Laura and her team! They went above and beyond for our wedding, not only creating the most beautiful floral arch but also designing our candle/floral tablescape, which completely transformed the space. When I first saw the arch, I actually cried! It was everything I had dreamed of and more. Laura is such a sweet and genuine person to work with, always patient and thoughtful throughout the process. After the wedding, I completely forgot to take the flowers home from the venue, and she even surprised us with fresh ones to add in to the arrangement the next day, such a kind gesture that meant so much to me. Laura of Lauxmont exceeded all our expectations with the stunning floral arrangements for our wedding. Laura’s talent and passion were evident from the first consultation to the final setup. She listened to our vision and transformed our venue into a breathtakingly beautiful space. Every arrangement was meticulously designed and vibrant, adding elegance and charm to our special day. We were able to give her a very abstract idea of what we wanted and she was able to create arrangements that we could not have imagined any better. The colors were unreal and the arrangements themselves were perfect. We could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Laura's lush florals added such elegance to our fall wedding day. She helped us brainstorm a vision in our initial call, and checked in throughout the process. She even made a collar for our dog to participate as our flower girl!

I cannot give enough praise for Laura. She did all the florals for my May 25, 2024 wedding. I used to work at gardens, so the flowers on my big day were extremely important to me and I knew just enough to be dangerous. While other florists that I spoke with wanted me to choose from a list of their preferred flowers, Laura was extremely collaborative every step of the way. I had several specific species and colors that I wanted and she delivered. She brought my vision to life and took it beyond anything I could have dreamed of. Maybe it’s cheesy, but flowers bring me such joy and I got teary eyed admiring her creations. I’ve heard horror stories of florists saying that they’ll follow a specific vision and then doing something totally different. Laura spent a ton of time discussing flowers with me and sharing photos back and forth, working together to figure out how to give my vision life. This collaboration was extremely important to me, as was working with someone who had a love and passion for their work and for the many unique flowers and greens the world has to offer. You can see from the pictures that my florals included tons of different plants (peonies, jasmine, delphinium, feverfew, cornflower, alliums, peas, snapdragons, ranunculus, poppy seed heads, ferns, and more)! Not to mention she made a beautiful flower and greenery crown for my big day that made me feel like a fairy princess 😌. 

Laura is a sweetheart, a pleasure to work with, and truly passionate about her art. People are still telling us how beautiful the flowers were at our wedding! Save yourself some stress and hire Laura now because you will not regret it!!

Laura is the most attentive and detail-oriented florist i’ve ever met. She is very quick to respond and has the ability to bring your ideas to life.
