Q: Do you offer a catalog?
A: Afloral.com does not offer a catalog. Paper, printing and postage costs are constantly rising making a catalog a prohibitive expense. Our web site allows our product line to be consistently up to date and keeps our prices as low as possible.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we gladly ship orders to Canada through UPS ground. All Canadian taxes, fees and shipping charges are shown at the time of checkout. To expedite your order please choose UPS Canada as your shipping method.
Q: Do you ship anywhere else outside the US?
A: Currently we are only able to ship from our warehouse to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We can ship to APO/FPOs using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Q: Are your prices Wholesale?
A: Yes, Afloral.com has been a wholesaler since 1996 and in the pre-internet days since 1984.
Q: Do you offer a return policy?
A: Yes, you are able to return your order for up to 30 days from the date of your receipt. We ask that the items are returned in the manner that they are received. All returns that are received within the 30 day period receive a refund to the form of payment used to make the purchase (shipping fees are non-refundable) returns received after the 30 day period receive a store credit to use with future purchases.
Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?
A: No, we only accept major credit card and PayPal as payment methods. We can not accept payment by check or money order.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer free samples. With shipping fees and the rising gas prices the many requests for free samples we receive would put us out of business. We do give the best description possible for each item that we carry and anyone can call us at 1-888-299-4100 or email us and we would be happy to provide a better description if needed. We have also begun offering videos on the many products we carry.
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: There is no minimum order at Afloral.com, but due to high shipping costs and the current gas price situation we do have to charge a minimum ship charge. The $8.95 ship charge is for orders up to $50.00 and our maximum ship charge is $19.95, we also offer free shipping on orders of $399.00 or more.
Q: Can you custom make a bouquet?
A: All of silk flowers and bouquets are imported and shipped as seen online. We do not customize our bouquets, but we do offer videos with instructions to create your own. Just think how impressed everyone would be when you make your own.
