ACC Banquet Hall

Thank you for your interest in our facility.

Our facility can accommodate up to 300 people comfortably. Plenty of parking.  We have over 4,000 sqr. ft in our ballroom and it is beatifully decorated with elegant lighting and a large lobby .  The spacious stage will accommodate any size band or DJ  or even  the wedding party table. We also have a portable runway for a fashion show or other events. The dance floor is built just below the stage area.

We allow outside caterers as long as they are licensed and insured in Arizona and have a full floor staff for the evening. We allow you to bring in your own alcohol as long as it is served by an insured bartender (we have names we can provide you with).  Our rental fees are listed below of which includes  60”  round tables which seats 8-10 guests, banquet chairs,  security guard, set up and cleaning fees. We can supply up to 7 banquet table if needed ( 6 ft long). We have white table cloths and chair covers for an additional charge. Any dish ware, glassware, silverware would have to be provided by the caterer or a rental company as we do not supply these items. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space. If liquor is to be served the bartender must be hired from a licensed and bonded company. The bar has two serving windows which accommodates the guests in the hall as well as outside onto a large patio area.  Lessee or its caterers must obtain and provide proof of liability insurance .  The deposit to hold your date is $500.00 which is over and above the rental fee and is refundable after the event .

We also have a Beautiful Church next  to the hall wich can be rented for your ceremony with a priest of your choice.
