I am so glad I went with Audrey as my wedding hair and beauty vendor! I had a fusion Indian-Chinese wedding that required an immense amount of coordination/outfit changes (including a 4 a.m. start time!) and she was amazing at handling all of it - incredibly professional and talented at what she was doing. She did an excellent job with my hair (including working with extensions) and she gave me natural, beautiful makeup that matched my colorful outfits but still felt like "me". In fact, I loved being in the makeup chair with her as my calming downtime in between events.

I also had a diverse set of family members and bridesmaids (East Asian, South Asian, white, black) and needed someone who was able to work with all types of looks. Her team delivered, and Audrey was exceptionally good at giving them feedback and direction in real time to make sure everyone was happy with their results.

I cannot recommend Audrey enough. She will make everyone important in your life feel fabulous on your special day!

During my extensive wedding research I came across a article that said to have your make up trial done the same day as your engagement pictures. Finding a make up artist was extremely difficult. One because I don’t wear make up and two because I wanted make up done for all my diverse skin tone bridesmaids, my mom, Marlon’s Mom, and myself. I called and emailed multiple people. Finally a artist who was not available for my date recommended three other artists. That is where I came across Audrey Bethards. At first glance her website has make up artists of all colors and ethnicity. That is what drew me in. I scheduled my trial and engagement pictures which were amazing as you can see. Then came the big day. Mrs Bethards and her second stylist provided make up services for 8 people and hair services for 3 people. They blew us alllllllllll away. Take a look!!!!!!!!

I hired Audrey for my wedding for both my mother and myself and she did an amazing job....she is seriously talented and knows how to make someone look gorgeous and feel beautiful. She has the largest collection of high end makeup and hair products I have ever seen!!!

Audrey is a true artist when it comes to hair and makeup. She addressed my concerns and did an amazing job with my hair and makeup and our bridesmaids hair and makeup. She is a pro with hairstyles and will not disappoint. I had two previews done with other MUA/hairstylist and was unhappy with the results, I then found Audrey and from the moment I met her I knew she was an expert. I wanted my hair curled and she did it in such way that it lasted the whole night. For my makeup she used products that worked on my oily face and she gave me tips on how to keep the makeup throughout the whole night. She brought Ms. Andrea to help with our bridesmaids and they started and finish all of our makeup with no delays and just in time for pictures. I cannot say enough of how happy I am with Audrey and her team.

Fantastic artist! Ms. Bethards did my rehearsal and wedding day makeup and I received so many compliments. She was extremely flexible, listened to my concerns, and made me feel extremely confident on one of the happiest, yet one of the most stressful, days of my life.

Audrey is a master at her profession. She is creative, current, and extremely talented. She made my daughter and me look and feel so beautiful on my daughter's wedding day. She works until the last detail of hair or make up is absolutely perfect. Never rushes. I would strongly recommend her services to anyone who desires to look and feel extraordinary on any special occasion.

Audrey was superb all throughout. She was so prompt in getting back to me ever since I first contacted her. She was also very patient with me since I have so many questions before deciding to enter into a contract with her. It did not go well with the first makeup artist I contacted so I wanted to make sure it doesn’t go wrong the second time around. Audrey was able to answer all my questions and during the trial and the wedding day, she’s always upbeat and has that unique ability to make you feel gorgeous not just with her impeccable makeup artist and hair styling skills but just how she deals with you. I could not pick a particular adjective to describe that trait. Suffice it to say she’s just great in what she does! So glad I went with her!

8. I’m speaking in behalf of all my bridal party. Audrey Bethards and her team of artist worked her magic on the day of my wedding. I love looking at my wedding pictures and relive the day. Everyone looked so lovely and gorgeous. I do not know how she managed to create different hair and makeup looks for all 10 bridesmaids. I was a bit worried about me being emotional and destroying my makeup but I didn’t have to worry one bit on how I looked on the day of my wedding. I looked and felt fresh and pretty all throughout. My friend who’s also planning her wedding is considering Audrey to be her makeup artist and hair stylist. Thank you, Audrey. You’re one of the reasons my dream wedding came true. If the last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is how you look, then Audrey is a no-brainer. From the consultation to changes along the way and the day itself, she did a spectacular job at every turn. She worked wonders ​with me, my mothers, and bridesmaids.

All of our guests (and even strangers at the hotel!) made a special note​ to tell us​ how beautiful everyone looked--one person asked if it was a competition for ​the ​most gorgeous wedding party and another ​lady thought my mom was the Maid of Honor : ) We would have looked like clowns without Audrey! Skin was flawless, eyes popped, and our hair--both up and down--was perfection!

We were all so appreciative of her talents and could not have imagined things going so smoothly without her there. She was always patient, open, professional and a perfectionist in the best sense! ​I​'ll never forget how ​relaxed and special she made ​the big day.

We chose Audrey after seeing her work at our friend's wedding. She is fabulous at bringing the bride's vision to life, and in our case, two brides! During our trial we came with photos of our dresses and vague ideas of what we wanted. Audrey was able to translate our incongruous thoughts into perfectly matched looks for each of us.

Our bridal party was small, but Audrey worked in tandem with her assistant to handle hair and make-up for two brides, two bridesmaids, as well as one mother, one aunt, and one grandmother! Each person's make-up was flawless and appropriate for our five o'clock wedding. We took pictures around DC in the early afternoon, so our hair and make-up was done earlier in the day, but it lasted well into the night and nary a hair fell out of place! It was exactly what we imagined.

Working with Audrey was a pleasure and I have already recommended her to friends!
