I hired a Day Of Coordinator off of thumbtack.com and met her and all. Went over some plans and paid the deposit as well as signed my end of the contract. She is running her own business and starting out with it, (though she told me she's been doing the work for years through a hotel before this). Before this, she's been very quick in responses to my emails and very attentive. She has also informed me of times she would not be able to get back to me immediately. I met her though and paid the deposit and now the deposit check has cleared I am having a hard time getting ahold of her! I wrote her an email on Thursday, June 19th and she hasn't responded. The email was simply asking if she obtained the costs for the hair and make up artists she picked for me. I hate making phone calls to people and would rather email/text vendors but it looks like I will have to grow a spine for this. I am wondering how long should I wait before thinking something is up?
