Whose getting dressed at a Hotel or Where are you getting dressed for Ceremony?

Ok Ladies, where is the final hours, minutes, seconds going to happen, Home, your place a friends, the venue or what? Do Tell. I am getting preped at the Hotel, we will have accommodations, so all will take place there, I'd probably be a HOT mess if I were running all over town.

    I was just going over this as well . I'm going to get dressed in a hotel. I must have the dress and shoe in the window photos.

    We're getting ready at the Hotel. We're checking in a day early so everything is there and we have time to adjust for any mishaps or forgotten items

    I am getting dress on the cruise ship after getting my hair done on the ship then taking a limo to our location.

    I am getting ready at the hotel, due to a mix up with the rehersal dinner space (the double booked and we lost it) we get a room friday and saturday for free Smiley smile So getting ready there and FH is getting ready at his parents house. Hair and makeup are coming to the hotel as well.

    Since the ceremony is a MINUTE from my sisters house and the reception is AT her house... we're getting ready there.... I can't wait.... it keeps MY house clean (HA HA) and its much closer

    I am going to be prepping at the hotel. I'm excited. I am also making breakfast plans and have started working on a menu. Anyone have a menu or ideas?

    I was thinking orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, fresh fruit, and some champagne to make mimosas! Lol

    Hotel!!! Yes!!! Great idea Bert's girl. That is my menu also excluding mimosa (non drinker) lol. It's easier to get dressed at the hotel. I am getting 2 rooms the night before & having a girl's slumber party. Where does David T have you staying at?

    I'm getting prepped at the hotel where our reception is going to take place. The lady who booked our reception is amazingly nice and booked the executive board suite for free so my MOH and I will spend the night before the wedding there and get ready in the morning since the ceremony is only 5 minutes away. Smiley smile

    I will be getting mostly ready at the hotel that we are staying near our venue. We need a hotel room because we are getting married out of state. Hair and Makeup will come to me at the hotel and then I will put on my dress at the mansion where we are getting married since I have a bridal suite there. It makes it easier than traveling in my big dress.

    The girls and I are spending the night before and getting ready at the in-laws house and then the guys are getting ready at our house. We are also doing a little breakfast with Mimosas in the morning ;-)

    We are doing an early check in at the hotel on the same block as our church. Since it's a historic hotel I'm sure we will get some great pics. Also, since we reserved a block of rooms we are getting it at a reduced price. After the reception we will be spending our wedding night at the same hotel.

    My wedding is at 5pm. So after an early lunch me and the girls are going to head to the hair salon to get that done, then the church for everything else. My church has classrooms for "children's church" (when the kids are too little to understand the sermon) My sister is doing the makeup at the church, we are getting an airbrush machine.

    Since the whole wedding(ceremony and reception) is in the hotel, it only makes sense for us to get ready there. Would be staying in a room with my BMs and all getting dressed there.

    My family is all coming in from out of state and staying with us, so my mom got 2 rooms for that weekend and I am planning on getting ready there. But in my head it goes smoother then I know its going to lol I am doing at least 4 peoples hair and then we all have to be at the salon by noon to get make up done and my hair done, then its back to the hotel to get into the dresses.

    Its a lot of driving but I hope it goes smoothly

    My venue is all day rental so we get a bridal suite all day. It so pretty I may stay up there all day instead of going downstairs to the chaos

    I'm still going back and forth if I want to get ready at the venue or the hotel about 20 minutes away. I'm leaning toward having the hair/ mau done at the hotel and bringing the dress to the venue.
