@Trisha - That's what we decided on a couple nights ago! FH really, really, really wanted it, and I didn't have a strong attachment to any other song. Like you said it's cute, sweet, and short.

We still have a ways to go but I'm highly advocating for Me and You by Kenny Chesney. It's an oldie but goody!

We are actually going to merge two songs together, played right after each other. The first one is "I Don't Dance" by Lee Brice. Neither one of us dance, that song is sooooo us and we knew the first time we heard it that it would be "our" song. The second one is "Shotgun Rider" by Tim McGraw. Same deal, the lyrics describe us perfectly. We will have to take dance lessons to be able to do our dance.

@kimberly & @asena I went to a wedding last night and their song was "I don't dance" and the bride's cousin(?) sang it. It was a very sweet song and moment.

We wanted a Tracy Chapman song because that was what was playing when we first proclaimed our love for each other.... But, couldn't find any of her work with appropriate lyrics. So, plan B is " Second Time Around" by Sinatra , because it is for us

Just wanted to sneak in and tell you of my my daughter and her husband's first dance last year," Let Nothing Come Between You" by Warren Zevon. I hadn't seen it posted before, so I thought I would mention it.

We're still thinking, but I'm leaning heavily toward "Look at You Girl" by Chris LeDoux. FH is a big fan of his and of classic country in general and when I heard that for the first time I knew that it's probably going to be our first dance song :-)
