Livin' Our Love Song

My first dance song is by John Michael Montgomery, called "I love the way you love me." FH actually just told me for our anniversary he is taking me to a John Michael Montgomery concert!!

Our top contenders are: "Iris" by Goo Goo Dolls, "Maybe I'm amazed" by Paul McCartney or "History in the making" by Darius Rucker.

Far Away by Nickelback... not the traditional, but it's been our song since our first date. I can't imagine dancing to anything else as our first dance.

Billy Joel's "Piano Man." It's the song that was on at his fraternity house before we even had our first date when we were still "just talking" and he took my hand and pulled me close and started to dance with me. It's been our song ever since. Not traditional, but couldn't imagine another one

"You are the One" by Charlie Farren and Candy O'Terry- before we were engaged we used to sing this song to each other in the car on our rides home from work...so its kinda our song and i think it will be perfect for the first dance! =)

Lifehouse- You and Me

We are still looking I have an anniversary dance thats dates from the year my Grandmother got married to my grandfater. 1946 and I want something similar for our first dance. My grandfater died 14 years ago. Their anniversary would of been the day before my wedding. 65 years next year. I also thinking a swing song but I don't want it too fast as I got alot of dress.
