What condiments do you like on your BBQ sandwich?

Jalapeno, potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans. No bun - I prefer white sandwhich bread

As someone that does NOT like BBQ sauce but loooovvvees smoked meets (brisket, etc.), PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not make it "sloppy joe" style or already have the BBQ on it. Please. NOTHING ruins my good time like BBQ sauce.

I'm probably the minority but I love me some French fried onions, bbq sauce and mayonnaise.

Raw onion or good coleslaw. If no sauce initially (please), pepper jack cheese.

Mayo, Cole slaw, and pickles.

I second no sauce on the meat. Allow people to sauce at their discretion.

Spicy BBQ sauce and some pickles for me

BBQ sauce, onions, and pickles OR BBQ sauce and coleslaw. I also say let people add sauce on their own!

BBQ sauce on the side, but I love trying different types. Try to have more than one. Also, include pickles.

We're doing brisket too, with a few different sauce options on the side. No sandwich option though, just serving with with garlic mashed potatoes, green salad, fruit salad, and bread.

Not sure how the mashed potatoes will pair with the brisket. As a Texan, brisket is served with potato salad or mexican rice, beans and cole slaw. I cannot process not having beans with my brisket #blasphemy
