How did you do yours? How did you pair people together and what was the order of how they walked out?

I hate this subject with FH. we did the married couples we have like my 2 FSIL and there husbands. then my sister (MOH) and BM. then my single friend with his single friend ( not trying to hook them up it just works!) but then the only ones left are my 16 yr old brother and his 30 yr old sister. my single friend (thats walking with his) is around the same age. so its not set in stone yet. lol sorry it is so hard to type that kind of stuff to people that dont know there names! haha

I'm having the same trouble, but I was thinking about going based on size and height. Who looks good together but I'm afraid my friends will be mad if I have someone last who is a better friend then the person I have second or third. What to do?

I actually didn't pair any of mine up. I had 6 BM and 6 GM. I had them walk down individually, guy-girl-guy-girl, etc. They also departed the same way too (but a little faster). Smiley smile

PS - I put them in order of preference, to me that matter more than the outer apprearance. I was fortunate to have 6 girls all about the same size/height. DH did it the same way .... His was a little more off balanced by size, but the height was almost perfect between his friends.

For the walk down the aisle, I had the usher escort my mom to her seat, then DS's parents walked down. I had my BM's and MOH walk alone one after the other, then the RB and 2 FG's walked together. My godfather walked me down (since my dad passed away). For the walk back up the aisle, I had my godfather escort my mom, the BM and MOH walk together, the usher walked with both of my BM's, and the RB and FG's walked together. DS's parents walked themselves up. For the intro's into the reception, it was the same as the walk back up the aisle. I didn't keep couples together, and I don't think it's necessary.

I know it's so hard. I have an uneven bridal party. By size I could pair them up well but then it's not in the order I want them in to come out. Because I have two girls to each guy. Other than my sisters and my neice.

Ours was simple. On the way in, the dude of honor walked after the rabbi, but before the maid of honor. On the way out, the dude of honor and maid of honor walked together.

I had his brothers stand close to him and mine too so that meant his sister who was escorted by both of his brothers and my sister-in law and then I did it by height/who I knew the longest- that was the best I could come up with- plus his sister was 11 so it made sense that she was up front so she could see! Plus MOH and BM standing right there. My BP was uneven but it all worked out.

Lie and say you want to order something else, and she how quick she’ll respond.

I guess we were lucky, ours just seemed to work well... My MOH (my sis) and his BM (his best friend), then my best friend and my brother (they are the only people each other knows), then FSIL and FH's cousin, then FSIL (who is only 15) and FH's other cousin (who is also 15).

We only have BM and GM no MOH or BM, so we will be doing height order. We also have 2 girls to every guy so they will be doubled up. I just have to make sure my Bro doesn't walk with his ex-wife who is a BM.

Mine is easy too. My mom is being escorted be my usher(nephew), then Fh's parents together, my daughter(BM, then my Sister (MOH), My Rb and fg together then I will walk. Since Fh has decided on a BM or a GM they will walk alone both ways. For our reception entrance I don't know what we are doing yet.

I don't have balanced sides, so I'm sending GM down, then best man, then BM #2, then BM #1, then MOH, then FH & I walk down together. To leave we all reverse.

We did it in reverse of how they stood. My best man and moh walked in right before us. I did it in "preference" order kind of. First in was the last in line..the only thing I did was one of my guys wanted to be with a certain bm and it just worked out that way and I just put people that would enjoy the other person together. It was a different walkway so they weren't together long. Then when they walked out they didn't walk with the same. It's confusing. We were in a garden and it was a walkway on each side. So my moh walked with the last guy in line (the first in). Sorry. It's confusing haha

Ok, lets try this. Picture one is how they stood. Second picture is their designated "colors" for the pairing. Each color walked in together. Second shows them not walking out with the same color. So the first girl closest to me walked out with the last guy farthest from us and so on. I ordered them in the line up as who I was closet too. My purples were moh/bm my pinks were man of honor/good girl friend then etc. Make better sense?

I read some where its in order of importance... the most important (MOH) will stand closest to you walking last. Then work from there who is next important (like who you're more closer to).

@hayley - yes that's what I thought too. That is my dilemma. If I match them up by size then The ones that I want next to me don't match up my size.
