Here is an up close of one of the centerpieces. The foam is taped into the tray and they will be transported without the vase, and set on top of the vase once we arrive. Orchids and jewels will be added once we arrive.

Here are the tops of the centerpieces laid out. They will be placed into shallow box trays for transport and have been sprayed with crowning glory spray/are in oasis floral foam. For reference each one is about a foot and a half across and contains about 7 large hydrangeas, 12 white roses, 2 bells of Ireland, and baby's breath/some greenery.

This is what the trays and foam look like before inserting flowers. Tape with waterproof tape and then set into the top of the tall vase.

Monique don't you worry girl, all the manicures will be had once this is done tomorrow! Smiley winking

ETA: yes I know Bells are phototropic, I researched proper care of each flower before purchasing, no it's not snowing (I live in Texas), I am not in the least bit stressed, and yes it was well worth the $ saved. I realize everyone may not handle or have planned this situation the same way I did but I'm here to say that with proper planning, research and prep, it is not impossible.

I don't really understand some of the comments OP is getting here. Obviously if a new bride came on here and asked if it was a good idea to do this, I would understand people saying - no, it's a ton of work and best done by a professional. But, she is 2 days from the wedding and already made the purchase and is happily going down this road so why make all the arguments instead of just saying good luck? It's not like she will say "Oh you're right, let me hire a florist on 48 hours notice."

I will say we did all of the centerpieces for my friend's wedding in July in an afternoon (5 people total) and they came out beautiful, but of course yes it was a TON of work. I decided that day that I would not go this route and hired a professional florist, but I hope everything turns out great for you Newly and that you have a wonderful wedding.

I just realized we're date twins. Yay! I'm super impressed by you taking on this project. A lot of my DIY projects were actually big stress relievers. We almost ordered from Sam's, but got super lucky with a great florist in Lexington. I can't wait to see your BAM!

Seriously, I LOVED doing this. It was actually really relaxing and completely honest, all 12 centerpieces took a total of 4 hours (methodical, systematic work) and the aisle bouquets took around 2. The 7 smaller centerpieces aren't done yet but those will just be flowers put in simple vases as I had originally planned to complement the larger ones. I'm really glad I went this route!

@Jordan see my previous comments for complete list of what all I got, but including all floral supply and flowers and everything I spent about $2100 at Sam's and bought a lot of my floral supply through amazon.
