Spin off: New last name jokes

Britney that's funny because I don't think Jenny Craig. First thing that comes to mind is the movie Friday. Lol but seriously how can people screw up Hemphill?

I dont have a last name joke but I have one about my FH first name. His name is Joel and since his parents are from Mexico the J has an H sound like jose or juan.

The first time my mom met him she was trying to be respectful of how he pronounces his name and tried to say Joel but it came out Hole! so now my moms nickname for him is hole and she still calls him that 3 years later!

@becomingbailey i have no idea how they mess it up! It's always something new too. I thought it was easy?? The other thing i get is "oh you have two first names?" because they think Craig is a first name. Ummm no.

Yeah cause you really look like a Craig. Lol

I don't want to put out on the internet exactly what mine is, but a lot of people misunderstand what I'm saying and think I think I'm the Tomb Raider. I've had service people show up with a work order that said "Laura Croft" at the top.

My new last name will be Robinson. I'll be hearing "here's to you Mrs. Robinson" for the rest of my life

My new last name will be Jermyn. Which is pronounced like "German". People always think it is Jermaine. ?

I get asked if my FH loves certain things since his last names Love. He get lots of jokes about oh since your Hunter Love, you must love to hunt. People also can't seem to understand that it's spelled just like you think it would be.

The only joke will be that no one seems to know how to spell it even though it's as simple as it sounds...

People throw totally random letters in there, but they do that to my last name too, so not a big deal lol

FH's last name is Wolfram. My initials will be KAW when I change my name. So I get to have 2 animal last names and my initials sound like a bird noise!

Good thing I do love animals. Most of his male family members are nick named Wolf or Wolfie. I don't think anyone will call me that though.

I'm going to be a Palframan, but together, FH and I could be the "Palframen" instead of "Palframans."

Changing my badass last name, Churchill, to Day--shorter and more generic.

I will be glad to leave behind the "Any relation to Winston?" questions though. I could not ever get through any roll call or introduction without being asked that growing up.

I'm actually excited to change my name. My current name is Lutz and if you throw a c on it it turns to clutz. Which is pretty accurate. I change to a much longer angry sounding Austrian name that no one will be able to spell.

My new last name is going to be Crockett.

For the rest of my life it will be: You mean LIKE DAVY CROCKETT?!?!? HAHA

Also, I will get: Is that with a K or a C? Does it have one T or two?

FHs last name is Kwalek...everyone spells it with a qu and his college friends call him kwal dick...lovely. When we put it on Facebook that we were engaged his friends were commenting congratulations kwaldick

I'm pretty excited to change my last name, only because my initials will be "IPA". I will overuse the ishh out of my initials.

My sister thinks it's hilarious that my new initials are going to be BM. :\

I'm going from a super easy last name... Smith, which I love because when people say to me, spell your last name, I just say my last name and they laugh, and go oh!... To my new last name, Broome (sounds just like broom).

It's already started with my girl friends who keep telling me, "save a horse, ride a Broome" haha

I'm going from a Polish last name - Zawislak (Zah-wiz-lack) to Hanson. FH used to get teased with Dancin Hanson in elementary school buy I probably won't have any jokes. I'm kind of sad giving up my awesome last name though

My new name is Ross and my mother insists we name our first daughter Betsy. I have no idea why she finds it so funny! Lol
