Small, Medium, or Big Wedding?

We call our wedding "small", but at about 75 ppl, I know there are a lot of ladies here that wouldn't consider it small.

I would categorize closer to this:

Under 30 ppl: "intimate"

31-100 ppl: "small"

101-250: "big"

251 and up: "huge"

I agree with Barbara's categories. We have 140 guests invited. I would cal that a decent size wedding

According to Barbara we're having a small wedding --- 44 guests.

I also agree with Barbara's categories, so that means ours is intimate. I love that word to describe our ceremony : )

Big, I am thinking total 150-175 people, including kids. i have a huge family, really on both sides if I invite everyone. Then there is my other family, childhood friend and her family who like family to me. I go to some of their private family functions and made her Grandpa's bday cake when he turned 100. Her aunt is performing my ceremony and her daughter is my FG. Add another 10 -15 people, LOL

Ours is intimate - less than 30.

Ours was 135 people including us, I would consider that medium.

These I think work.

Intimate: less then 50

Small: 51-99

Medium: 100-149

Large: 150-199

Huge: 200+

Since were having two ceremonies (and receptions) it gets a little complicated. Our asian tea ceremony will have about 250 guests and our "American" wedding will have about 75.

My fiancé has a very large family about 2/3 of our guest list is his family.

We are inviting about 370, only expecting around 200 give or take some of course. Don't have numbers yet since we are months away.

We are having what is considered a small wedding in our circle--just under 100.

We have about 110 adults and 30 kids coming to ours.

Ours is about medium sized. Expecting about 100 guests.

We have 115 or so I would call that medium size. Under 40 I would say intimate, 50-80 I would call small. 80-115 I would say medium. 120-175 big. Anything above 175 huge.

We're having a small 75 guest wedding. Can't wait!

Big. I'm at 200 right now. Hope for declines cause I will have to switch rooms at venue

We're having a big wedding. Our guest list is at about 225.

We're inviting about 70 people. By most measures that is going to be a small wedding, but to us it's huge.
