Short brides - show me your dresses!

Beautiful dresses ladies! and none of you even look remotely close to flowers girls

I guess there are a lot more shorter brides than i thought. I plan on wearing 3 inch heels max and could probably use the hemming from the bottom as a skirt after because there will still be so much!

I'm only 5'3"....I'm in 3 inch heels in this pic and the dress still definitely needs a hem, but I fell for the DRAAAMAAAA

I am 5'2"...on the beach I will be barefoot and at our reception I will be wearing 3 inch heels (the dress will be hemmed to those, so it will be longer on the beach)

I am 5'2" and wore 4" platform heels (like usual). My guy is 6'.

ETA: And even though I am short, I seldom really FEEL short.

I'm 4'11", he is 6'5" so I had 5 1/2 inch heels with 1 1/2 inch platform granny boots. I was still really short!!!

5' 4" and only just. Here are my dress and shoes... note the corset will be bright blue, whereas the skirt will be ivory, and I am not having the front "apron" thingy.

On my phone so I can't post a picture. I am 4'11. I got an a line dress an stated away from ball gowns! Trying them all on I never felt I looked too short!

im 5'1 i have yo get the front hemmed so it looks like it does on the model! lol

These are pics from when I was trying them on, so mine's actually in ivory rather than the white, but it's the dress I got. I haven't started the fitting process yet since the wedding is so far out. And yes, I went for the all-out ballgown/cathedral train with the ballgown slip underneath, and I'm only 4'11"! I LOVE how it looks on me in person!

I think if you are short you can rock any style! I would try to avoid the dropped waist full ball gown... go either ball gown with natural lace or an A-line with a drop waist. Those are the dresses I have liked best on shorter brides.
