Short brides - show me your dresses!

I am only 5'3". i worried about appearing too short in a full gown too. however, i went with a simple a-line and got some 3 inch heels. when i stand up in my dress i look super tall. there's something about the way my dress sweeps that it elongates my body. i'm a plus size girl so i needed all the height and slimming i could get!

I'm 5'0" as well! I'm on my phone so I can't post a pic, but here's a link! The model is standing funny, it looks way better in person. Also, it's available in petite - for brides 5'4" and under, so with my heels it's only like 2 inches too long instead of 2 yards ;p

I am 5'3 and I am not wearing heels. This dress had to be hemmed quite a bit - I think it was a regular dress, not petite.

I'm only 5'1, and here is my dress. My dress swallows me, lol. I'm getting it altered to where it doesn't look so long on me, but I love it! Sorry about the picture being sideways. :-/

I'm 5'1.5 and am wearing 3" wedges. I have such a baby face so I look like a little kid no matter what! I would stay away from long trains and overly flowy material cause I've been told they just make short people look shorter.

Also, I did order a Petite from DB and with my shoes, won't need the bottom hemmed at all!

Sorry I don't have any pics with me in the dress but I have attached a pic from DB website. I am 5'3". The dress will fit perfect with heals without much hemming

5'0 here too, will be wearing 3.5-4 inch heel.l dress is really long in the pic so i look tall lol

I'm 5'1" and I chose a dropped waist ball gown. It still showed my figure but gave me the fullness I wanted. Here is my dress.

I'm 5'2".

I have the opposite problem! I'm 5'10" and had a hard time finding a dress long enough. several dresses I tried on you could still see my feet. I ended up having to go up 2 sizes to find something that was long enough. the top section of my dress is way too big and will need to be taken in alot, but least my ankles aren't showing!

I'm 5'2 and plan on wearing shorter heels. I was also concerned I wouldn't find a dress that looked nice on a shorter frame.
