Are any of your guests flying in from out of town? Flights are a lot harder to cancel without penalty than hotel reservations. If no one is flying, I think you should cancel. If people are...eek, you're in a tough spot for sure. Not positive I would know what to do either.

Mary... Cancel. I would be pissed. Erin is right... If you really cut your guest list for the wedding I am sure some of those people are still on the shower guest list. Rude AF and you know that.

If their flights are already booked you need to reach out to them ASAP and let them know the change and put it on them to decide if they want to come. And please please, don't have another shower later!!
