Need help planning camping/golfing bachelorette party!

Nikki, on May 9, 2013 at 10:25 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 3

Hi ladies!

I'm in desperate need of creative ideas for my best friends golfing/camping bachelorette party!

I need help with:

Campfire games

"Hole" ideas- example prize for longest drive, worst putt etc, but more creative!!!

Themes for golfing, what to wear/accessories

Not all the ladies invited are golfers so I want to keep it light and fun so they don't feel left out. It helps that we're all drinkers but I don't want it to get out of hand either.

If you have things you loved/want at your bachelorette party I'm sure that could also help me out!

Thanks in advance!!

I don't camp or gulf, but here are a couple of suggestions I would think we're fun if I were doing these things for a bachelorette party:

-cute patterned golf balls that are somehow tied to the personality of each lady or everyone uses balls with a design tied to the personality of the bride (just google "cute golf balls")

-maybe have an embarassing question at each hole. Ladies who are willing to answer get a point off their score.

-ask all the ladies to find a corny visor for golf, kind of like a cheesy Xmas sweater party.

-if you'll be using golf carts, maybe also have a surprise prize for best and worst driver

-s'mores!! You will be loved forever.

    -scariest ghost story

    For the campfire:

-banana boats: peel a small strip of a banana and cut a split long ways and fill with peanut butter chocolate marshmallows etc then put the peel back over it wrap the banana in foil and sit it in the coals for about 10 min. It's so yummy!

-if you will be drinking we have a drink we call "shakey shakey": use a large bowl with a lid and fill it with ice about 18 lemons halved and squeezed in the bowl and vodka. Pass the bowl around the fire having everyone shake it. Once the ice has melted everyone take a straw and passes the bowl around the circle. It get everyone involved and is really good. You can make different variations too!
