Leesburg Rehearsal/welcome Reception Venue?

Anyone from the northern Virginia area?! Our welcome party venue cancelled on us and we are feeling defeated! It would be for around 70-80 people. Everywhere is so small due to historic buildings. Any recommendations on where you had a similar party or your rehearsal? We looked at Lansdowne, but their rain back up is a conference room
