I've been engaged three times (not counting the guys who weren't serious) over the last 13 years, but never set up any registries. For some reason, I *always* get proposed to on the third date, and they want me to meet their mothers... I think I have something written in my forehead in special ink only crazies can see.

I love my BF and when my mom met him, she said "This was the one." When my BFF - The Bride - met him, she said "You know, I can see you marrying this one" (She also said he wasn't as handsome as what I usually "go for" but she's not really one to talk)...but she ends up meeting a guy a month later and now she's getting married instead. Sometimes he seems invested in the future, sometimes he doesn't. Maybe it's my own fault for him being two years younger? I don't think he wants to admit that there's going to come a day when we *can't* wait anymore if we want the kids.

I'm just gonna sit here in my bathrobe, eating my fudge covered Oreos, drinking my Arizona Iced Tea (Somebody in this house I share drank my milk!!!!) and playing some Legend of Zelda on my Original straight from 1985 Nintendo, cause my love life is a hot mess LOL
