Ideas for a mini honeymoon?

We are getting married at the end of October in PA, and my mom's 60th birthday is exactly 1 week after our wedding so I want to be in town for her, since we live in NC. I wanted to do a short, few day trip for a mini honeymoon in the northeast somewhere. I want to go somewhere beautiful for the fall so I'm hoping some of you have any ideas? Hoping for less then 6 hours from philadelphia, maybe Boston?I'm not sure, give me whatever you got!!

1. What do you like to do? For instance, I would suggest Cooperstown, for the Baseball Hall of Fame and the lakes, but... that might not be most people's thing.
2. Please beware of quarantining requirements and what may or may not be open. A lot of the northeast remains restricted, or may roll them back out.
3. What kind of budget are you looking at?

We are renting an air bnb in the poconos for $125 a night. We plan on hiking, going to the outlets, winery, etc. Since you plan on being in the northeast anyway, maybe check out the poconos!
