I met DF at work. It took me six months of him flirting and him finally blatantly telling me he wanted to kiss me (even after he had told me he was hitting on me) to realize he was interested.
I was attracted to his personality, and the fact that I couldn't (still can't) stop looking at his blue eyes. For someone with Asperger's (now high functioning autism), that's a big deal.
It wasn't love at first sight, but I was instantly attracted. I was also intimidated, just by the way he carries himself, not by anything he actually said or did.
He was a groomsman and I was a bridesmaid in a mutual friends wedding .. both of us had SO at the time... come to find out months later we both had separated from them and ran into each other at a bar and started dating !! And here we are 96 days from our wedding day 2.5 years together !!
I met FH at the brewery he works at. My aunt and uncle invited me out to have drinks with them and I went back a few times after that. One of my visits had a cute guy helping run the taproom that night. Another one of the guys working that night kept refilling my glass and made it where FH would "have" to give me a ride home. FH likes to say I kept coming back and "stalked" him but my aunt likes to point out that FH, who usually left as soon as his shift was over, started hanging out late on Fridays, especially nights I was there.

Online. Unlike some of the other interesting characters I met (I have no idea what I was thinking with some of them, but damn did they make for some great stories to my friends), he was actually able to write using correct grammar and complete sentences. When we met for our first date he had ordered absinthe, which was delivered to the table as I walked in. He was so excited to try it, and he had the most adorable look on his face. I was sold.

I meet my FH on a dating app called skout. i was single for six years after getting out of a bad realtionship i had cut my self off from having feelings for someone else. but when i meet my FH in person and after a few dates i started feelimg for him i tried to stop but my feelings just got stronger and have been since. he shows me everyday that he is not like the others and i am happy to be marrying him.
We met at work and I sparked the conversation after work one night. I was the new girl and he was the guy that was cool with everyone. We stood in the parking lot and talked for a couple of hours about a week or 2 after I'd started working there.
Immediately, I was attracted to him because of his face full of freckles. As we started dating, I loved that we could have real conversations. I hadn't found someone that was easy to talk to like he was.
Online video game. We joined the same guild on the same day for the same raid spot. I was married to my ex husband at the time. Things by that point were already going south. When it came down to it, FH was the person I cried to when it was really bad. After we split, FH and I decided to hook up (one night stand sorta thing) but we both failed at the one night thing. Been together ever since.
His roommate and my roommate were friends. I tagged along with her to his apartment one night and that's how we met. He actually had a girlfriend at the time so even though I looooved his personality I wasn't gonna do anything about it. I went over to that apartment a handful of times and eventually she moved and they broke up. Yay!
We met in a Facebook group and we all went out together one night. Everyone else started to leave. Him and I ended up hanging out and talking until 5 the next morning, neither one of us went home.
My FH and I met in the eight grade! We weren't friends though. Then I got a random friend request on Facebook from him 5 years after we graduated high school. We were inseparable since then, I even moved two hours from my home back then to be with him. Five years have past and we are getting married in eleven months!
Met at work a few years ago didn't start dating until last year. Funny thing: when I first met him I told my friend that I was going to marry him. He had only said maybe 5 sentences to me that day.
Spring Fling event at a rooftop bar in NYC. I told him he was one of many suitors pursuing me that night and kept it moving. Needless to say he's the suitor that won. ;-)

It was love at first sight for me but it took me 2.5 years to chase him down.
What attracted me most?
He was the first both hot AND serious/intelligent/mature/kind man I've met. I don't know what that says about me, but 99.99% of the men I had met up til then was
We met at a party through mutual friends at college. It actually was love at first sight and we were officially together the day after our first date about 1 week after we met. Together almost 5 1/2 years so far since
Eharmony. I was going to close my account in January and we were matched in December. It wasn't love at first sight because I don't believe in it. However he was the first guy in a long time I enjoyed hanging out with. I wasn't looking for another friend but I ended up with a partner and a friend in one
