How did you meet?

We met in 4th grade (2001). Had a crush on each other in 8th grade (2006). Been to getting since junior year of high school (2008). Engaged in Vegas (2014) and finally planning our wedding in Vegas (2018)

We were coworkers at a restaurant…then started going out and having drinks and became best friends for years.... then one day we were complaining about not being able to find anyone turns out we were right in front of each other the whole time

We met when I was 12 and he was 14 at church camp. Kept in touch every year and dated in high school. We went to different colleges, dated other people and reconnected. And here we are 18 years and 2 kids later ready to say I do!

I was dragged to a party by a friend. I didn't know at the time, but he was trying to set me up with somebody he knew. I ended up meeting FH instead and spent all time talking to him. He asked me out that night and we've been going strong ever since.

Church

We met at whataburger through an old mutual friend in high school! He dropped his fries when he saw me, left and called our mutual friend asking for my number. Little did he know I had picked up her phone and was talking to him (we sound just alike) & told him if he wanted my number he'd have to come back and get it himself. 7 years later here we are planning a wedding!!(:

We met at a joint birthday party. He was friends with one birthday person & I was friends with the other. I thought he was attractive when we were at opposite ends of the dinner table. We didn't get a chance to speak until the whole crew went to a bar after dinner. I approached him & we struck up a convo & it hasn't ended yet.

ETA I wouldn't say it was love at first sight but he would. That's just not how my mind works!

I went out to a line-dancing bar and he kicked me out that night!

Through friends, my best friend and a buddy of his married and was introduced at a cookout, met him before his got divorced, thought to myself that he was the type of guy I'd want, and got a call a year or so later being asked out. Completely smitten that first date, nothing has changed 6.5 years later!

We met playing scrabble. Casual flirting followed by a facebook friend request. He was more attracted to me but after conversation i have become beyond attracted to him

We met on a dating website!

We actually met the first time in high school and could t stand each other! Lol he was a conceited jock and me a total outcast band geek lol. But years later me actually reconnected through match.com and what are the odds? Found out we were both from the same home town and have so much in common. It's amazing how time and life situations can change people. We still have our issues that drive the other insane lol but honestly what couple dosnt?

I was freshman in highschool and he was a the big football star senior at our high school. When I was 21 I ran into him at a gas station on my way to work. I told him he had gotten fat and he laughed and gave me a hug. I definitely wasn't thinking about him and then he messaged me on Facebook. I had just gotten a house so I invited him and few friends over for a house warming party. Seems like he just never left ... Lol

I love all these stories! Hopefully this makes a gloomy Monday pass.

We met because my roommate was dating one of his best friends. They were dating and my roommate didn't have a car. She asked if I wanted to come hang out or if I would drive her the 15 minutes to the beach to meet them. I had nothing better to do so I decided to go.

My God he was gorgeous! I couldn't stop looking into his eyes. His sense of humor definitely attracted me though. I had recently gotten out of a terribly abusive relationship so to have someone kind and funny to talk to was so nice.

Long story short, it was love at first sight for me. He fought it a little lol. I looked at my roommate that day and jokingly said "I'm going to marry him someday". Skip ahead nine years, this summer "fling" outlasted the summer lol. We will marry each other 9 days after our official 10 year dating anniversary.

We worked together

We met online, back when people paid by the minute to chat on aol. Wasn't love at first sight but he was very attractive. Since we met online, we chatted for about two weeks so I got to know him before we met.

My mom knew him and kinda set us up I guess. And I suppose it was love st first sight, the day I met him I told my 2 best girl fiends we'd be married in five years... I was right lol

He and his friend "kid napped" us from college. They just kept us out past dorm curfew and we couldn't sneak back in. It was harmless, we went back to our roommates parents house, roommate and the other boy were siblings, so it was all fun and harmless. Haha (Our friends are about to celebrate their 2nd wedding anniversary and just celebrated their child's first bday) it took me and my FH longer to go on a date haha
