My partner and I were best friends and each others first relationship when we were kids. Even after time apart that date has always been significant to us. So when we decided to get married, we chose that day that was special to us 10+ years ago
We chose our date (09/21/2024) because we have so many family and friends who have been married for years that their anniversary is also in September we know that month must be a very special month. We picked the date 21 because of the song, “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire so we know we will always remember our wedding night by that song.
Our date: 5/31/24 We originally wanted to get married in the beginning of June, but our venue was booked those Fridays. So, the closest Friday not veering into late June was ours. (We’re busy with ending school/starting our careers, so we needed a date in between graduation & July 1!) Once we booked it, we realized it has #s 1-5 in the date, and it’s 10 days after my parent’s anniversary! So, it’s incredibly special to us!
So me and my fiancé both lost our bestfriends , my bestfriend passed away a year after she introduced us & his bestfriend who was there the same night she introduced us passed away last year on Memorial Day ( the 29th ). We went to the venue in march and said let’s see if they have the 29th of march or whatever month but leaning more towards spring and it’ll be nicer weather and if they do it’s a sign from Ruben ..so they did have the day but we didn’t book right away. we called in may almost a year to date when he passed away to see if t they still had march 29th and they did . He didn’t pass in the month of march but we wanted to make the 29th a little more happier for us .xoxo 03/29/2025🩷🫶🏼

Aww, i bet she's so happy to celebrate! It would be cute if you sang happy birthday to her during the ceremony (like after the first dance)
