Horrible wedding

I really wish we could tag people. There are a couple brides planning on serving no food that need to see this

Nope no information about this , I wouldn't have come if I knew this . I only came because her husband is a very good friend of FH.

They had beer and wine Im so glad I only had a glass of wine

But everyone who comes here and wants to serve no food "because it's not meal time" won't think it's them...because their friends love them so much that they can treat them as badly as they want and they should be happy to be present to share the cosmic wonder of them being married.

Ridiculous. Feed your guests. I am from the south so I don't understand this no feeding people. No matter what we are having we always serve food. Like food is the most important thing for us. We don't even know how to handle situations when there is no food.

What a shame, I'm sorry you had to take off on a Tuesday for that. I can't believe how inconsiderate some people are.

Ceremony was at 6 didn't start until 6:30 , by 7:30 I was already hungry .

My wedding is statying at 730. I had a few friends tell me not to bother with serving dinner but that's crazy. I'm gna be hungry so I'm gna assume everyone else will be too

Someone who is still there just texted FH that they are having a snack truck come at 10 pm

So there are only two reasons I can see someone do a Tuesday wedding, 1. Taco Tuesday Wedding (which I would totally get) 2. To save money on the reception and be able to afford feeding more guests than you would on a Saturday.

I mean... whyyyyy???

My reception started at 8pm and we still served dinner. That sucks !

If some asks their guests to attend a wedding on a week night, the least they can do is provide a proper meal and drinks. Especially since their guests may have worked through lunch so they could leave work early and may not have had time to go home before the ceremony.

Wow....serving good is showing appreciation for coming and spending time with us on out day...

10 pm and have a snack truck on a tuesday? ? Im on your side, i would of left early grabbed some dinner and went home to sleep. I work Wednesdays!
