Hi! I have Celiac disease and am getting married in July in Murphys, California. The one baker recommended to me up there is already booked. While it would obviously be preferable to have someone close to the venue (I live in the Bay Area, about 2 hours away), I am open to getting a cake here and driving it up since I may not have a choice!
Anyway, I am looking for recommendations for a gluten free wedding cake. Will probably do a small one for me and my fiancé and then a dessert bar for the rest of the guests.
